Folowing special meal plans to loose weight is not an easy task in the long run. The normal Sri Lankan meals are usually prepared with coconut milk and oil. This meal is prepared using just a teaspoon of oil and the coconut pulp. Coconut pulp is rich in fiber and it helps weight loss. If the home cooked meals are prepared in this manner, you can loose weight while enjoying the taste of Sri lankan food.
