This is what a real hair care professional looks like. I respect him for keeping it honest with his clients about what they can and can’t do with their hair because of the health of it. He’s in it for the right reasons he isn’t one of these stylists that have your locs breaking at the ends or your edges snatched back to your ears just to get money for a retwist and style...I’m talking like I’ve sat in his chair LOL but I’ve been following him for years now and he shows he knows his stuff when it comes to hair.

Happy Thanksgiving to all. I've been looking at his locs videos. My journey soon will be two years. I definitely have learned a lot from him. I have learned so much from watching your videos....so much so I started my loc journey at the end of August....I have to continue to trust the journey and healthy hair....the ugly stage is not as bad as I thought it would be but it is still irritating....I have used the products on my husband's hair and he's been locked for a decade plus and they continue to look amazing...thanks for the education and information...you are amazing..

Oh wow, I must be doing something wrong, my hair is not eeeeeven the length that theirs is at 3 years, I had Sisterlocks & combined them a year ago so there I may have lost a couple of inches due to the braid pattern to combine but🤔 hmmm, it’s still not the length that it should be according to this & I ordered & use all of the recommended products from Damien, it could be overtwisting. My stylist does the “overtwist” method to do my hair but it’s really not tight so idk.
