HI Alexandra, I am a 63 year old woman living in the US and was looking for a plant based You Tube channel. I found yours and watched from the very beginning. I absolutely love your recipes and really enjoy glimpses of the places you go in Europe. You seem like a really sweet, down to earth person, keep up the great work!

@taniaallan57022 жыл бұрын
For a standard 9 x 5 loaf pan would you double this? Or 1.5 recipe? Or…could it work as muffins and if yes, how long/temp would you recommend? Thanks so much Alexandra!
@AlexandraAndersson2 жыл бұрын
I’ve had several people making them into muffins so I would try that with same temp and check on them after 30-40 minutes. The stick should be dry ☺️

@mrs.m58473 жыл бұрын
If you have nut allergies, what would you suggest the replacement should be for the almond flour?
@AlexandraAndersson3 жыл бұрын
Best would be to use a sunflower meal/flour, just process sunflowers in a food processor until it becomes finely crumbled. Wouldn’t use more oat flour because it would soak up so much more liquid and maybe end up too dry and gummy
@mrs.m58473 жыл бұрын

The recipe on the app is different in the recipe in the video or at least the quantities are different..... I am not sure which one to follow now.... they both say 4 bananas but on the video it says 3/4 cup oat flour in the recipe it says 1.5 cups of flour in the video it says six tablespoons almond flour on the recipe it says 12 tablespoons on the video it says 1 and 1/4 teaspoon baking powder but on the recipe it says two and a half teaspoon baking powder on the video it says half a teaspoon of cardamom and on the video it says one teaspoon and finally in the video it says one tablespoon maple syrup and on the recipe it says two tablespoon.... at first I thought the one on the app was doubled but they both say 4 bananas so that can't be the case.... if someone has tried both of them please let me know or which one you went with
@AlexandraAndersson2 жыл бұрын
Hi! I’m sorry it’s confusing. The recipe in the app is halved, make sure you haven’t pressed the serving sizes. In the app it shouldn’t be 2 bananas, 3/4 cup oat flour, 6 tbsp almond flour, 1 tbsp maple, 1/2 tsp cardamom, 1 1/4 baking powder, 1/8 tsp salt. Hope this helps ☺️
