Hello, loves! Welcome to today's Healthy Weekend Reset vlog where I wrap up a lovely weekend in Vancouver with a focus on a healthy reset with meal prepping 4 meals for the week ahead! From morning rituals like making my bed, and enjoying lemon water to a productive workspace, cooking up a storm with 4 new recipes I am trying, and walking sessions with my new walking pad, I'm sharing my secrets for a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.

Recipes:
*Chicken pesto bake recipe*

4 tablespoons of uncooked rice
5oz of boneless chicken breast
1 tablespoon of pesto
1 tablespoon of plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup of chicken broth
Salt and pepper
Add tomato’s or peppers
1oz of mozzarella cheese
40mins at 395 degrees
*Chia seed pudding recipe*
1 cup of coconut milk
4 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 teaspoon matcha
Fruit on top
the morning of add walnuts and fresh fruit and drizzle of honey

3 ripe bananas
1/2cup melted butter
1/2cup brown sugar
1/2cup white sugar
2 eggs
1/2cup milk
1tsp vanilla
1tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
1 and 1/2cup flour
1/4tsp cinnamon
1/4tsp salt
Pour in a greased loaf pan and bake at 355 for 45-50 minutes.
