1. green potato 2.nutmeg overdose 3.bitter almond (many a times mixed with sweet one) 4. Uncooked rajma 5.brown rice if not washed 6-7times and if not soak for half an hour due to arsenic content in it absorbed from fertiliser.

Poisonous foods.. likely causing death .. Green potato, nutmeg overdose, bitter almonds, undercooked kidney beans (Rajma), brown rice, (arsenic through fertilizers, allow to stand in water for an hour if required to use and wash well for 8 - 10 washes to wash out the arsenic.) Dr साहब आपसे ये पूछना है की चावल कच्चा वाला खाना चाहिए या पक्का वाला अच्छा और हेल्थी कौन सा होता है हमारे UP में कच्चा उसको बोलते है जो फसल के बाद सीधा राइस मिल से चावल बना लेते है और पक्का उसे बोलते है जिसे पहले हल्का उबाला जाता है फिर चावल बनाते हैं

Brown rice is the basic food of South India since time immemorial Our ancestors lived nearly hundred years eating this rice The modern food habit is killing us ...not the rice This rice is prepared by boiling the paddy for several times, drying it and removing the outer skin. There is nothing poison in it. But to attract customers artificial , red color ia added which is harmful to health

I agree with you. It is not the brown rice that is toxic as it is prepared by boiling the paddy. I soak brown rice in boiling water for 30 min or so then discard the water. I have been eating brown rice for last 15 yrs and have no problem. If you want to remove toxicity of pesticides or fertilizers, soak it in the warm water; be it daal or any vegetable. You will have no health issues because of the toxicity of chemicals used in agriculture.

That's true.. my grandmother used to prepare it out of paddy fields and served us for .. never anything g happened, today's brown rice maybe not of that quality being advertised by special superstars of bollywood, so the extra cost of cleaning rice went for advertisement, spit on companies and advertisers..

this is the traditional age old method which is healthy as described by u. Wat we get in the market in other parts of india in the name of brown rice may not be healthy. it also depends on if u hv been eating brown rice since childhood & yr body is used to it.

भाई ! कड़वे बादाम केवल गुरबन्दी बादाम में ही होते हैं और ये (गुरबन्दी) बादाम सबसे उत्तम होते हैं या कहें कि असली बादाम यही होते हैं ; ये केवल भारतवर्ष में ही पाए जाते हैं। आपकी शेष बातें सही हैं।

Kitni acchi jankari di aapne.aapne jo rice ke bare me bola o bilkul such hai.muze kacche chaval khane ki bht jyada aadat thi. 2 saal ho gaye meri cancer surgery hui hai. Aaj tak mai sochti thi muze cancer hua kaise lekin abhi aapki video dekhne ke baad samaj me aaya bht jyada kacche chaval khane ke vajah se hi muze ye hua hai. Abhi mai thik hu . Lekin dekhne valonka najariya badal gaya hai. Hamari ak galat aadat puri jindagi badal deti hai.😥😥

Thank you for the informative and very useful guidance about a few harmful food items. My request to you to please throw some light on usage of millets substituting rice or wheat as staples. Particularly I am interested to know about a few millets like Kodo, Little, Foxtail, Barnyard and Brown Top millets. Kindly let me know if there is any harm in consuming those millets in sequence at least two times in a day in place of rice or wheat.

Rice and wheat flour consumption are not harmful nor are millets. So consume the products from these commodities and stay healthy. For non vegetarians, consumption of eggs and white meat is recommended,there is very little chlorestrol in them to be practically of no harm in their consumption.
