सावधान देशवासियों - 1. इस सरकार ने कानून बदल कर मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त की नियुक्ति की प्रक्रिया पर कब्जा कर लिया है | अब भारत का मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त इनके मन का व्यक्ति बनता है | अर्थात अब भारत की चुनावी प्रक्रिया को निष्पक्ष नहीं माना जा सकता | और तो और, इन्होने नए प्रकार का EVM ला दिया है जिस पर सभी को शंका है | हालांकि EVM वाला मामला सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में चल रहा है, परन्तु समस्या और भी बड़ी है | नीचे पढ़िए | 2. इस सरकार ने NJAC जैसा कानून लाकर न्यायधीशों की नियुक्ति की प्रक्रिया पर भी कब्जा करने का प्रयास किया था | लेकिन सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने इस कानून को सख्ती से रद्द कर दिया, क्योंकि हमारे संविधान ने सर्वोच्च न्यायालय को यह शक्ति दी है | परन्तु यदि हम इस सरकार को सिर पर चढ़ा कर रखेंगे तो ये एक दिन न्यायधीशों की नियुक्ति की प्रक्रिया पर भी कब्जा करने में सफल हो जाएंगे | तब सरकार कोई भी EVM ला देगी, किसी को भी न्यायधीश बना देगी, कोई रोक नहीं पाएगा | भले ही आप को इस सरकार के काम अच्छे लगते हों और आप इन्हें अपने सिर पर बैठाना चाहें | पर अगर ये अपने इरादे में सफल हो गए तो कल आप इन्हे चुन तो पाएंगे, पर हटा नहीं पाएंगे | और तो और, आप की आने वाली पीढ़ी भी इन्हे नहीं हटा पाएगी, जैसा कि चीन जैसे देशों में होता है | आप कैसे मुँह दिखाएंगे अपने बच्चों को ? श्री कृष्ण ने कहा है कि इस संसार में हमें ईश्वर के अलावा किसी और से आसक्ति (लगाव) नहीं रखना होता, तो फिर एक पार्टी क्या चीज है | लोकतंत्र ने आपको पार्टी चुनने और हटाने दोनों की शक्ति दी है | अपनी एक शक्ति को खो कर स्वयं को कमजोर न करें | इस बार अपनी शक्तियों को बचाए रखने के लिए मतदान करें, लोकतंत्र के लिए मतदान करें | विशेष - ऊपर लिखे लेख में किसी प्रकार की तथ्यात्मक त्रुटि होने पर हमें Reply कर अवगत कराएं | क्योंकि हमने सुना है कि यह सरकार अपने आलोचकों के सभी संसाधनों को जब्त करने का कानून बना रही है | धन्यवाद ||||

Fooditems rich in B12 1. Milk 1 glass/day 2. Curd, paneer, cheese 3. egg yolk is rich 4. Palak do not wash after cutting , beetroot,gaajar 6. Chana 7. Any sprouts min 2 days old

u would wash the carrot , the radish , the beet but u will not peel it aggressively FYI. I have my doubts about spinach and u need to juice them for best results . One dr says something and the other just echos it without thinking. infact Dr Bimal Chajjer was vocal in including tofu too. how in the world ? unless its made from fortified MILK. anyone can google the nutritional info. why dont u as a viewer do so ? b12 actually comes from bacteria in the soil . the cows eat the grass . pull some soil along . then it passes into its milk and flesh .

@@thewatcher1947 well i won't make this a Hindu Muslim issue . But eggs are animal products. And according to many experts animal Protiens have the potential to cause injury beyond a point. They are inflammatory in nature. 2 eggs cross the RDA of cholesterol and eggs are nasty at closing down the carotid artery responsible for strokes. But when i see the comments, it's painful reading them . Moreover too many eggs are also damaging to the pancreas thus causing diabetes in the long run.

At 6:00 minute sources of vitamin b12 1. Milk 2.curd and dairy products 3. Spinach 4. Beetroot 5. Chickpeas 6.sprouts If eggetarian --> eggs(2-4) Vitamin b12 is water soluble.

@@kanaktaviyad5364 b12 / folate deficiency will only happen if you have a weak absorption in the terminal ileum area . just consuming small amounts of fermented dairy is all u need. But i hate the idea of meat eggs dairy fish..because its just not required . infact even if u drink fermented curd made from Plant Mylks u should be fine.

Hey. Use kulti dal(horse gram), punarnava my dad suggested few things to his frnd's relative and he was about to get his surgery done for kidney stones but he stopped and followed what my dad's suggestions and in a month he again got tested and there were no kidney stones remaining in the reports. About the dosage and usage i ll tell u tmrw mrng after asking my dad. After I tell u ,u can do ur own research and then only believe it.

Thanks doctor. Whenever I have B12 deficiency I can’t figure it out because it automatically makes my memory and brain numb so I can’t recall that it is happening because of B12. Thus it becomes difficult to cure it if you are living alone.
