So glad I found you. These videos are fantastic. I'm in between beginner and intermediate and was looking for something challenging. Some of the poses are still difficult, but if I stick with it I'll land them in no time!

Thank you Tana for sharing all these beautiful yoga practises every week and for showing up with such a kind and warm and playful energy for every class❤ you are my go to yoga teacher for when i look for a more phyically intens and playful class. These past two weeks i did a couple of your heart opening classes and today i could really feel the difference in my body, wauw, especially in wild thing and wheel pose. Im feeling strong, open and a bit emotional in an open hearted good way now. Thanks so much for being my guide 🤗✨🍀

Just found your channel and really enjoyed this one, lovely transitions! Would you consider doing some longer classes like 40-45 minutes? I do like a longer cool down but totally understand KZbin format suits shortens videos x

The first video I finished completely and I am so proud of myself. I complemented in giving up many times because some of the poses were really hard and I had to take pauses but I stuck with it! My body feels amazing after your classes and I am so grateful to have found you

This class was everything that I wanted when I woke up this morning, it was strong, it was bendy, it was flexi. I will be saving this as a regular class while I work on my back flexibility, thank you Tana!

This was quite challenging! But I enjoyed it thoroughly. I struggled with the wheel pose but hoping to get there soon 😇 Also, I can already feel the transformation having practiced with you for over 2 weeks now. Thankyou Tana for all the efforts you put in to give us a wonderful session!💜

Very nice flow Tana😀 I wanted to do forearm wheel, but I was afraid (Idk if I have the requested shoulder mobility)... Anyway, my heart went to the roof in wheel, I guess I'd feel very uncomfortable in a deeper backbend😉

Hey Karine! Forearm wheel is a really strong shoulder + chest + back opener so yes best to ease into that slowly / make sure you have enough shoulder mobility and really warm. Your request is on my list! Shooting content tomorrow so will be up next week :) Thanks for practicing with me 🥰🥰

@@TanaYoga Yes I know I have to be well warmed up to try forearm wheel,, but I don't know YET if my shoulders are flexible enough😉 As your cues are very precise, I'd be very happy if you could teach us how to do this asana😀
