This is insane. Ahaha! Thanks, Mr. Fisher for posting these! ..youtube can be so unappreciated, i tell ya. ppl dont get how it was not so long ago. i remember watching MTV and having to have a hair trigger reflex if/when a rare vid popped up, "Bam!" I'd be ON that record button! Ahaha! Now, just 24/7 a couple clicks away..millions of vids. Ofc..none better than these dusty old clips of super good music. Booyaa 😎💖

Classic. The world will never see the likes of Ann and Nancy again, hard rockers to unique, nuanced singer songwriters.

At 16 in the 70’s I discovered ❤HEART ❤and I couldn’t believe how incredible they were, I had all their albums. I’m just sad that they are scratched but I did play them over and over. I saw them 2 times in the 70’s too. Still listen to them on all my devices.

People howling so loud to Silver Wheels aka (fantasy child) that I've been unable to hear it when up close. A treasure though

I've spent more hours than I care to admit trying to learn this song ever since I was 16. I STILL can't quite play it like Nancy though

I can play all the parts, but not as good as Nance :-)

Since I got to experience Heart for the first time myself back in '77 (specifically, 10/1/77 in Tampa, FL), for me to say that these videos are awesome and bring back loads of memories would be understatements. And because this was shot at the Capital Center in Landover, MD (near Washington, DC), I am reminded about something from that old facility (demolished in 2002) which I also saw from some basketball games on TV: Its scoreboard had a video projection screen, which was innovative for its day. It was amazing, IMO, that this pioneering version of what we would today call a "video board" and "in-house video" was also used for concerts like this. I can't thank Roger + Mike enough for finding these classic videos that captured Heart in all their breakout glory, given the limitations of the video technology itself.

Thank you Roger for this channel. So many great early performances. Just stunning how good 70's Heart really was.

I like how Nancy moves her head back, giving the signal to DeRosier to start the drums for "Dreamboat Annie". 2:11 kzbin.info/www/bejne/i366ZWZvhsamf6s

Best era for this band though, with the Fishers and Desrosier .... first few albums rocked, then came MTV. Ugh.
