He did admit that "he acted in a way that doesn't represent who I am." He admitted the divorce really threw him off. I think it's possible he could have at least bothered her/refused to stay away from the family home, or kept calling, or became very verbally charged in an unhealthy or aggressive way, even if he didn't become aggressive in other ways. Sometimes people who keep it together very well in a professional environment, even a chaotic, stressful one like an emergency room, struggle to keep it together when they encounter a curve ball in their personal life, especially a huge emotional one.

They gave him (short curved blade no-toe pick) hockey skates and her (straight long blade w/toe pick) figure skates. Figure skates are the rental standard at ice rinks...certainly for beginners. Total B.S. and totally sexist and totally dangerous. Btw, producers: Hockey players wear actual quality hockey helmets, thick padded shorts and gloves, and are covered head to toe in plastic padded protective gear when they are skating on HOCKEY skates!!! Oh, and when they are learning to skate, they are usually in single digits...closer to the ice, and pliable!

I am such a cheesy itch but I teared up at the end of this episode. I think the camaraderie was really majestic in a world of division. All these guys have heart ....except Pascal. I went on an unfortunate date with a guy that talked about his bougie clothing, and it was the biggest turn off aside from a guy that was rude to the waitstaff on a date (I triple tipped him and apologized for the rudeness of my 'one hit wonder' date. Any who, I predict if she ends up with anyone it has to be Chock. Zero chemistry with the other men and her first impression guy was super awkward on this episode. I bet if she was told to pick two she would have been happier. I say this because I would think it would be hard to keep going on when you found the person you want to date (she already said it was going to be a 'slow to go' deal.

Bit s3xist that men get to do karate when women need self-defense skills more than men. Also putting people on ice who can't ice skate is dangerous especially old people. Some of those guys have probably got osteoporosis and or balance problems anyway. Plus it really seems this show is a grief session about past relationships, instead of a clear space to building something new. Just to get viewers to cry etc instead of us learning or seeing anything constructive about dating in older age.
