In this video, I explain the reason why I had to cancel my concerts. I know many of you were looking forward to them, and I am deeply sorry for any disappointment this may have caused. I want to be transparent with my fans and share the real reason behind my decision.
In addition, I am excited to announce that I will be releasing new medieval-style hurdy-gurdy music in the future! I can't wait for you to hear it. For that I also got myself a new instrument: the celtic harp! Thank you for your continued support.

I am now 66 yrs old. In my 20s I had a plan for my life. But quickly I found out that plan changed by many things out of my control. Health, family, job loss , etc. You have to learn to adapt and make the best of what you are dealt. I hope you can rest up and recover in time for the next school year. I was a driver / manager for a small transit company and year and had to take 4 months medical leave plus most likely retire from that career because of a breakdown. I don't wish such things on others, however most people who haven't experienced long term mental health issues just understand what we are going through.

At the end of 2023 she had more contact with Alestorm, which lead to a new single-collab - "Voyage of the dead marauder" (Napalm Records) - and as a result Patty joining them on stage for a couple of gigs. Just search for Alestorm - and in July 2024 Patty will probably with them. The gigs in October/November (Mallorca, Chile, Mexiko) are also announced to be with Patty. So the chances of meeting her at a concert are better than ever, although she will of course perfom the Alestorm-songs with them, not her own. 🙂
