It is great that you genuinely care about your Security Officers. Your right! Most security companies care less about their officers. I am happy and grateful you stand out above the rest. May I please make a suggestion, Sir? Perhaps you could start a Go Fund Me for your Security Office to help me. I'm quite sure he would greatly appreciate it. My heart goes out to him.

The company I work for is not the highest paying, we have plenty of people from Allied who got paid more by their old job, but Allied would throw their employees under the bus in a heartbeat. I would not work for Allied even if they do pay more because I know that these mega corporations couldn’t care less about their guards.
