​@mitochondria6247 If I read the intro correctly, cards shuffled into the deck don't count as being in your deck for the conditions of the battle. But it's still pretty brutal ngl, it's basically giga-fatigue.

The strongest card is Aquatic Form. EVERY deck would and will run that card, unless it directly works against its gameplan (like spitefull druid), but at that point you should ask yourself, if your payoff is better than 0 mana draw a card.

Hearthstone but your deck class and type/archetype is decided entirely at random qnd can be any type of deck you can theoretically build around. Eg. You could have a Beast Death Knight, Deathrattle Druid, Frenzy Shaman while your opponent has Demon Priest, Highlander Warlock, Spell Warrior. Whatever you get you have to build your deck with that theme as the decks focus then try to win with them.

First off, I love the idea and the video. But it gave me a thought of an idea that could be fun. Suicide HS. You are trying to lose the game as fast as possible, your opponent is trying to stop you from losing while they also try to lose. Basically a race to the bottom and see who can lose with 3 decks first.

28:17 So to shed some light on the way I feel like Naturalize happened at the end there, this feels like a classic case of card resolution chaining. First, Naturalize destroys the minion. Then, as part of the same card resolution, 2 cards are drawn by the opponent. THEN, and ONLY then, is Naturalize finished resolving, at which point the Deathrattle effect is allowed to activate. Naturalize did destroy the minion first, but the Deathrattle only triggers after the *full* effect finishes resolving.

At 27:28 when Rarran casts Naturalize on Hakkar, idk how it _should_ work in Hearthstone, but it works in Magic's ruleset. First, the spell resolves from top to bottom, destroying a creature. Then the opponent draws 2 cards. Then the trigger from Hakkar is put on the stack and resolves after that, since triggers wait to be put on the stack while a spell is resolving. Working as intended to me.

I agree, it makes sense to me that all of a spells effects should happen together, and any resulting triggers resolve afterwards. Maybe that's just because MTG was the card game I was first introduced to, I don't know how it works in other games.

Yo Rarran, I just thought of a great content challenge you should do with Eddie! You play the top 4 decks of each hearthstone world tournament on a weekly basis, similar to the expansion series. But you choose 1 from each year to bring to the challenge until you've played all of them! That way there's a random mix of different years of cards! Or something similar to that.

I think an interesting idea could be to set a rule like this, and after a set of games, your able to make a select amount of changes to the deck to try and adapt to your weaknesses or opponents strategy. Maybe set it so you can only change 4 or 5 cards. Or having a side deck that you establish before the games trying to predict your weaknesses and only able to swap cards from that after a set.

Wait, Rarran said that if you shuffle cards into your opponent's deck, they don't matter so they can still kill you but they would matter if you shuffle into your own deck. By that logic, Hakkar would keep Rarran's deck not empty constantly on LtEddysHS's turn so if he would lose due to a Corrupted Blood and NOT fatigue then Rarran would lose because his deck would still have the Corrupted Blood. I think it was a flawed strategy.

15:30 Interaction isn't shuffling cards into your opponents deck to shut off all their cool cards. If it was a tech I'd be fine with it but when there's a deck that just shuffles cards in as it's wincon they aren't participating in counterplay. It's just you just get fucked my matchup. On top of that Highlander is already has issues from running no duplicates since it lacks that consistency. Add on top of that getting cards shuffled into your deck is a suckerpunch to the gut. It was a good change.

suicide has to count as a loss for this ruleset because otherwise you could do it as a reset. idk how you would handle fatigue though because you can use fatigue as damage but also a player could unintentionally die from fatigue from the ruleset itself. So probably should ban fatigue as a win condition and make it so anyone who dies from fatigue loses.

I would say no because HE didn't kill you, you killed yourself. Otherwise you could say "Hey, you still have cards...I'm going to Pyroblast my face and win" which would go against the spirit of their rules. It's akin to their agreement that if a player dies to Fatigue while the other player still has cards in their deck, the Fatigue player still loses.

They ALLOW shuffling but then it gets complicated when you shuffle plagues, bloods, fatigues ... and NPCs who try to tell me that I make no sense... (they just didn't count them as real cards)
