I love that each class has something that I find annoying/difficult to deal with that one often has to think about and play around. Mage has flamestrike, Paladin has Peacekeeper, hunter has doggies, etc. It makes each arena game enjoyable even though you don't exactly know what the other person has.

well concerning your loss to that druid at ~ 24:00 i had a druid deck that was really strong. i had onyxia, poison seeds, force of nature, savage roar and that one spell that gives minions the deathrattle to spawn a 2/2 treant. that combo was ridicoulosly op. i could play onyxia, then next turn make my minions spawn a 2/2 upon their death, trade my whole board (except onyxia if she lived through the next turn) to get an amazing board presence, of if it was lethal play savage roar :D if i did the first play and had only a few mininos with the deathrattle left, i could use poison seeds, just to refill my board. theres just so many combos in those 5 cards. that way i went to 11 wins (and im a complete noob in HS, im struggling to make it out of rank 13) i even thought of putting it into constructed.

Why did Trumps' Gorehoul shatter at 39:30? It was at 6 attack and 0 durability after he attacked with it... I thought it loses Attack instead of Durability?... I'm confused.

It's loses attack if he hits a minion if he hits the opponent it breaks

Why do you Attack Face THEN Armor UP ? I can understand its sometimes better to be Lower HP for Cards Like Alex. But just wondering why you hit Face first to take Life Away THEN Armor up and why not the other way ?

Because armor Is strictly better than health, alextrasza doesn't remove armor, shield slam does more damage, molten giants are easier to play, and mortal strike does more damage. Their are no cards to my knowledge that benefit from higher health.

CurtisSpiers Nope, fatigue hits your armor first before it starts hitting your health. Watch two control warriors going at it with tons of armor with fatigue chipping away at both of them lol.

I can tell that nobody else understands your question. I think Trump armors up after just as purely a reflex from playing warrior, where, like you mentioned, being low on hp is good. He's just used to armoring up after violence.

Predcat I think they cant make any more classes able to have weapons. The Ooze and Harrison will be 2 good. Admittedly it would be awesome. 2 Mana 1-3 Weapon Heal all minions by 1HP each attack

Domenic Romeo Good point! I agree that if more classes had weapons, Oozes/Harrison would basically have to be run in every deck. Probably for the best to limit them. The game is best played when no card is ever "one/two in every"

on 23:00 why not axe (hit 2/1) + venture? so u do 4dmg to face and get your weapons off the hand. next turn u hit scarlet anyway. great 2nd target. you loose ozze anyway, so no arguement for more boardcontrol your way

I really like Hearthstone and Trump, but I just don't get how Trump (& kripp) can play hearthstone for over 8 hours each day 5-7 days a week. After losing 2 matches or playing 2 arena runs I'm done for the day and play Dota or something ;D

DJConnelly Exactly; I feel like it's so much easier for me to bounce back from loss in hearthstone than a loss in Dota. Probably since it's so much less taxing to lose in hearthstone: a small time commitment while depending on no one but yourself. Sometimes I even enjoy losses if the opponent wins in style... I don't think I've ever really enjoyed a loss in Dota without playing with my close friends.

u dont play around combos though because its arena..i never play around equality-consecration when i play vs pala in arena,or buzzard-UTH..The reason is easy,combos that apear in constructed are very rare in arena,thats why Trump said "These things happen"..And even consider that Force of Nature is an epic card,really difficult to draft(actually i dont draft it in arena,i prefer to get some blood knight or even a giant)..

I think Trump should revise his idea of Warriors being dependant on the amount of weapons they draft. My only problem with Warrior ever since Naxrammas is finding the balance between amount of weapons and minions. Haven't had any trouble so far with too few weapons. There are 4 common weapons now. The chances of getting less than 3 weapons are really slim now.

Just a curious oddity I notice, but why is it that on the opponent's turn they always instantly play cards? When I play, I have to sit there for at least 10-15 seconds most of the time before my opponent does anything. Rather annoying.

To make it on par with the stormpike commando at it's current stats, it would probably have to be "Deal 1 damage to a target." In which case it would just be a bigger ironforge rifleman, which is kinda boring. They could also give the versatility to deal 3 damage when the hero is targeted; that would be interesting.

I had 2 fiery war axes, 3 death's bite, 1 arcanite reaper and 1 gorehowl in my arena deck today. I got all 3 of my loses on mages, one of which winning with 3 mirror entity to protect his board from my only removal, then fireball after I cleared his board, and pyroblast the next turn.

As far as I am aware, that's still how it works. It loses durability if you hit a character instead of a minion, though.

Yeah. As they said it goes down in durability to discourage just going to the face with it. It is meant for board control/finisher, not meant to deal 28 damage to the face :)

Trump meant with his saying that Gorehowl is not used usually with it's full "potential" so he doesn't count it like a 7 hit weapon because of that. When it hits only 3 or less you often times just hit face with (especially when Trump had so many other weapons to play).

Surprised at how low Ghoul is valued v such a hit 'n miss card like cleave and in a deck so low on minions - I find his value rises an awful lot alongside weapons. That hunter game would have been a lot cleaner if you hadn't squandered Gorehowls 8 upgraded damage on minions and had used the arcanite reaper for that too. I can understand wanting to play the expensive weapon, but making it so you need to spend 2 turns hitting the hunter in the face after knocking down taunts as opposed to one seems to be a big gamble.

sometimes armour value is better than hitpoints encounter alex's battlecry, put your giant on the board or prepare for a shield slam next turn so try to keep your armour higher
