Hello. Also imagine a golden white light moving into that point between the eyebrows leading to the third eye (pineal gland). And after a bit of time imagine that golden white light entering the top of your head (the crown) and going into your heart. Be in that absolute present aware loving compassionate abundant blissful I AM state. It's a deeeep amazing relaxation so you will Love it. A 1000 times better than just laying on a beach. Do it now for 10 minutes. Tomorrow for 11 the day after for 12, until it becomes you true real natural and absolute state. You can do it while driving, exercising, cleaning the house, whatever. Be and stay blessed

I did have great respect for heart math before I watched this video. This was heart breaking for me- because when I think of positive memories or emotions from the past, they are no longer here NOW - so then I long for that thing that is no longer here and it's a downward spiral that takes me out of love. It's better for me to connect the heart to the present moment - to find something that lights me up NOW and fills me with GRATITUDE. I am glad it's helped some people, but for me, this was very 2003-ish old school technique that brings me to connecting to people and situations instead of my deeper essence.
@matthatson4 жыл бұрын
Dottie this is only one of many Heartmath tools, and the reason that most people benefit from Heartmath coaching, because we are all different people with different life experiences and situations, and this video is just a “standard” approach rather than tailored to you.
@neebasarshad23944 жыл бұрын
Dont think of past moment then. The focus is on feeling not thinking. If u can feel happy by imaging a laughing child or a walk on the beach or a garden full of flowers then think of that or anything else which makes u feel happy. Its not at all necessary to think of last memory to feel happy. U can create one in ur imagination
@cautious13434 жыл бұрын
Dottie: I have had similar experience with lots of different techniques that apply to different things. Examples would be asking the heart to help make a incision, or visualizing something and trying to feel gratitude to speed up manifestation. And something disrupts it. I have often womdred if it is the ego that fears losing control of us...so it interferes. A good memory doesn't work cause the mind jumps in there and points out that it came to an end

How can I get more coherence with the heartmath device?😢
@josephined85768 ай бұрын
😂being an empath , my emotions are extremely lopsided. This has brought me untold karma. The funny thing is that i was not aware that Empathy has become a destructive trait... an uncontrolled emotional illness . This practice might help balance my emotions.🤞
@keenah111110 ай бұрын
i was really hopeful about this so i tried it but i dont think it worked like it was intended. what if reliving the happy/positive memory nakes me sad bc its no more? must be nice to be able to recall a memory and relive the good feeling and not feel sad afterwards bc its no more. i cannot help it but to cry every time i attempt this technique and then im caught up on spiraling about it. it happens with every happy memory i could think of bc theyre in all the past, gone and never coming back. its pretty much not even real anymore. what to do then? i dont think that can be right let alone helpful. are there any solutions? i thank you if you read and respond to comments and questions.

I have been practising coherence with a hearthmath sensor for 3 months and I still don't manage to get good results... I've tried thinking about a pet, feeling my heart (don't feel it most of the time), imagine air breathes in and out from my heart (again, works 1 out of 10 times), breathing as smooth as I can, guided audio exercises... So disheartening. I don't get it, thus I don't see results with my somatisation...

When I thought about a time I had great joy, I immediately experienced great pain over the loss of what I once had, :( Maybe there is another way?
@KawaiiEvoMii3 жыл бұрын
If that is happening to you, you are probably not over the loss yet. I would use a different joyful memory. If all your memories trigger this feeling, you may have some other root causes of negative emotions in your life that aren't stemming from you. Look to the universe and ask what you maybe need to change in your life. Follow your intuition.
