HRV breathing has taken me off of benzodiazepine within days, 20 minutes gets me calmer than I would be on those pills PLUS no weird drug- dreams to boot. I had constant anxiety and regular panic attacks after a extreme life situation that lasted over a year. Just doing the exercise once (on another channel) turned my state of being around 180degrees. I could not believe it! May this knowledge become common with god-speed. Thank you so much for making this video.

If I can give this video and breathing exercise 10,000 thumbs up 👍 I would lol. I track my HRV on the welltory app, and my coherence was 1%. It suggested I do coherent breathing ( I've never heard of this before). I came search it on youtube and did this video. I didn't even finish it. I went back and track, and my coherence was 77% 😮 I actually felt energetized, and I did have energy for the rest of the day. I'm not sure why, but my parasympathetic nervous system has been high lately. I've been doing the breathing and meditations daily. Taking ashwagandha. Anyways, thabks, it really does work!! 😊

Magnesium is also a great supplement for overactive PSNS! I use Mag L Threonate because it most easily crosses the blood brain barrier and gets to your brain where you reap the most benefits overall.

Thank you so much. I have been practising heart breathing as part of work by Dr Joe Dispenza. I liked your gentle approach. Can you please help me with advice. I have a very painful right neck and shoulder which becomes more painful when I breathe. I realise you cannot give medical advice. I have added thoughts as guided by my download from Heart Math and add guides for emotions eg patience, kindness, joy, gratitude and so on. Today I heart breathed for 45 mins a little more strongly adding uplifting emotions mostly patience or kindness and experienced a remarkable opportunity in a crowded supermarket to stay in complete love and patience, breathing out love to the people in the supermarket. So rewarding. Thank you.
