Great video! Just an fyi - the slow cooker you have a link to is a standard sized 6 qt. I believe the large one you have in the video is an 8 qt

You need to invest in a roaster! You can get up to 6 whole chickens in it at a time. 😊

What size roaster is best for that many whole chickens?

My kitchen is like yours with a microwave above my stovetop. I worry about the steam hitting the microwave but it seems you don’t share that concern. Have you seen any damage to the microwave from the steady stream of steam for 10 minutes?

Thank you Annie for the wonderful video. I want to try pressure canning broth. I make 3 quarts a week that are fridge stable. Do you need to be concerned with the fat that settles on the top of the jars (sometimes I make broth from raw chicken backs)? Maybe I need to cook them some, get off some of the fat and then make broth. Lord bless you!

The pounds of ptessurecate not based on what you are cooking. It is based on the altitude you live.

Yes, I was wondering why she used two different weights when canning the chicken verses the stock. I found that confusing when I was a beginner.
