I feel like since some ‘blogs’ have said stuff like “Mariah talks too much” “Mariah being on the podcast stops heath from being fully him” Mariah has slowly stopped being as vocal on the podcast. Maybe it’s subconscious, but i definitely have noticed a difference/ confidence drops from her. Also, at the end of her Hoot & Half ep, she said to Matt that don’t be surprised if my episode doesn’t get many views.. MARIAH WE LOVE YOU! I SPECIFICALLY WATCHED THAT EP JUST FOR YOU! It’s such a shame, cause I genuinely have so much admiration for her, & love her energy & morals.. I just wish she showed them more!

I'll probably be told that I'm trying to give medical advice behind my screen but I'm genuinely worried about Zane and the "anti-aging center" story. You can't diagnose mental or physical disorders or imbalances based on blood tests alone. Even in the hospital it doesn't work that way. As far as we know from the story there was no actual clinical examination by certified doctors, he was simply told that his test results were bad and that there were things that needed to be fixed. They were probably trying to sell him food supplements and vitamins, but when he talked about hormones and injections I found it really suspicious. This kind of hormone treatment can have very serious consequences and this center is looking to take advantage of people looking for solutions to their health concerns. A consultation with a therapist would probably have given much better results and with much less risk. But what is certain is that today we don't have enough medical knowledge to diagnose any mental health issues based on blood tests alone, and I find this kind of practice very dangerous. P.S. Sorry my English it's not my first language.

When he mentioned he had to inject himself, I literally screamed. That doesn’t seem right. Unless you’re a diabetic or have some sort of health condition that truly does require a insulin shot/epi shot, I’ve never heard of injecting yourself with vitamins or even testosterone, unless you’re taking steroids! when they were talking about all the cop stories and saying how they give them the benefit of the doubt like if they’re having a bad day and you don’t know what they’ve been through that day is something that as a previous education major we were taught not to do from the first day. In some Florida counties, cops don’t put on their lights unless it’s a life or death call. Majority of calls they keep lights off because the sirens cause more harm than good. People act crazy and stop in their way. Faster just to go with the flow of traffic since we’re so populated

my friend does “active rest Sunday” she doesn’t workout on this day, but she still does things that keep her active for the day. she usually uses her sundays to go rollerblading, so maybe for Zane on the weekends, he can plan active things for the day that don’t take that much energy to do.
