Dear Heather; I am loving the FIERCE workouts; I went from 3; 5 and 10 pound weights to now using 15; 20 ;and 25 pounds, It is only doing your 12 week program and monthly workouts and many of your other programs.; It truly works as long you are CONSISTENT; and eating healthy. no more gym for me; at 72 y/o loving the way I feel. Heather, I love lifting with you. I’ve lifted with others and it’s not the same. I love the fact that you take time in your strength exercises. And that 15/20sec break is so necessary. Not to rest even, but just to grab different weights if you have to and see the next exercise and be ready without having to pause or go back. It really can’t be done efficiently in the 10sec that other channels follow with weighted classes. There is no need to rush with weights. Building muscle can’t always follow a no-repeat HIIT formula to “keep things fun”. It needs time and repetition. Thank you for understanding and embodying that. Big fan of your conviction in that.

Heather! This was probably my favorite upper body series you have done 👏. This was perfection. Loved the circuits and the music was fire🔥. Challenging but you feel so dang good when finished! Thank you for this amazing workout!

Didn't feel like working out today, but got it done anyways! The hardest part is starting the workout, and you never regret it afterwards! I usually do full body workouts and don't focus on these muscle groups in a single workout so this was a nice change. Circuit 2 was definitely a challenge and the struggle was real with Circuit 3. Day 8 done, 6 more days to go! 💪👊
