Love me a good upper body strength sesh! We obviously need a balanced training routine but if, hypothetically, you could only pick one would you be Team A: Upper Body or Team B: Lower Body??

Jan 22-day8 !!!!! So far lost 7 lbs since i started back doing exercise after being out of exercise for almost one year! April 9, 2024--from 148…i am now down to 127 lbs! Im now off of keto and now drinking pre workout drink…it feels good!!!! 21 lbs off since jan 14!

I have loved your videos, and have done hundreds since Covid. Recently there are so many more ads, which is probably a good thing but I just question where the ads are placed. I’ve been impressed by the placement of ads in Heather’s videos. It’s not always perfect but I notice she tries to put them during longer rests. Makes such a huge difference.

Personally I work one day one and the other the other. Loved this challenge, one of my favourite. You make me challenge myself so got used to change routine every month, mixing both...and it relaxes me (do a tough job) changes my mind and body. Thank you so much Heather!!!!

HEATHER!!! This is now one of my new faves! I love a good upper body sesh, and my shoulders are coming along nicely. I’ve increased my heavy weights yet again, and just feel all around amazing (in addition to the burn). I will say SelectTech weights are a blessing and a curse. Changing the weight out often requires me to pause the video because I need a few extra seconds to get situated with the heavier weights. But having the range in one set is so convenient. Day 8 ✔️. 😅🙌🏾

This was amazing, the outfit was amazing. I normally struggle and hate shoulders and chest but this was great I felt really strong and went up a weight for the second run of the exercise. The selection and arrangement of the exercises was so good I don’t know how you do it, but so glad you do

For the first time in my life I used a couple of 8kg (heavy) dumbbells for my shoulders instead of the 5kg ones (which became medium). Wooow, my shoulders are dancing the samba! Thank you! Adding the weight guide is the icing on the cake of your beautiful work.

I'm 5 months in my fitness journey, hopefully I can progress to making full pushups with this program! I love upper body workouts, they're so underrated, it's challenging with proper weight, but each exercise is pretty easy to repeat. Also losing the same amount of calories as if I did a cardio workout.

Had low expectations today given the heavy-duty arms session merely 2 days ago, surprisingly I was able to pretty much stick to the usual weight “levels”! Just seeing Heather working with us side by side is the best stimulation💪🏼 Can’t wait for tmr’s stretch tho😅
