Heather, what I love about your videos is the feeling that you are not putting on a show - you are doing this to feel good and make others feel good on the side. I also love the versatility - I can always find something new and challenging but not crazy in your videos. You are considerate for including the modifications and everybody can choose their own weight sizes. Thank you for yet another great workout series; I will surely be coming back for more!

This is my first time following a youtube workout without watching any movie/tv series (cause I used to get bored if I don't watch something else), and I must say I enjoy this workout so much!!! Your music choices are so amazing I didn't even notice the time. 😂😂 also, this is my first time working out in front of a mirror! It feels so different when I try focusing on my form instead of "just doing it". Anyway, I'm so proud of myself!!! I am HERE for the two round circuit - one round to figure out what’s coming and then only one round left to get through! I have been *religious* about tackling this 12 week challenge (I think the length of workout has been what I’ve been missing! Only 30 mins - so simple! But consistency has been key!) and it’s making a huge difference in my life. Thank you Heather!
