I never took a day off since day 1 ate healthy everyday AND TODAY is the first day i did every set,rep and took 0 breaks during the workout and completed it while i still have some energy left LETS GOO BABY!!!!!!

This workout allowed me to actually rest between sets, since I wasn’t jumping on and off the mat and grabbing (or putting down) weights during the ‘rest’ time. I was happy to actually get a few seconds of rest between sets! This one went quickly for me, even tho’ my arms are still burning!

This one was fun, and I'm so thankful for your program! ❤️ My arms felt like jelly during the second set of inchworm tucks, but I got it back for the last round. I've always had very weak arms and would get frustrated trying to strengthen them. I can credit my new blossoming arm muscle tone almost exclusively to you and your workouts! This is the strongest they've felt and looked in my life. 💪

Well, I needed a change from a workout that I invented and have been doing and tweaking for years...this is perfect! I can't do everything that you do (59 years old with semi-working shoulders) but I keep moving and modify what I have to. Thank you for breathing new life in to working out for me. My husband has been on board since the beginning of week three and he is killing too. He is a former, big-ten basketball player, so his knees (at 62) aren't able to do certain things, but he keeps moving and we always complete the workout. He has finished 4 weeks and I am halfway through...thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!! This has brought joy back into my workouts!!!

Hi Heather I just wanted to comment once more. I have been following this program for the past 7 weeks and last week I commented on a video for the very first time because I was feeling discouraged. Not once during the 6 weeks prior did I comment when I felt amazing after a workout or completed a day where I crushed it and for that, i want to apologize. Anyone who comes on here to watch your videos know that is top-notch quality work we are getting for free! There are thousands of influencers out there who don't even spend a minute in the gym, they snap a flick with weights in their hands and try to shove down all their mediocre products down our throat for thousands of dollars. So I say all this to say thank you for everything you have done up until this point. Your generosity doesn't go unnoticed. Almost there!

Made it to week 7!!!! WooHoo!!! had to take a day or three off. Was not well in my knees and elbows at all. Had to reconvene with my doctors and they evaluated me, and I'm back! And very excited! Once I start something I need to finish it. And this was on my mind the entire time. "I have to finish the 12 week one way or another, if I have to scream and holler through it". Well, this was my thought, don't know if my body felt the same way, lol. i do sometimes wish your workout had more words of encouragement during it, but it's okay, your craziness to do this whole this is encouragement enough. Thank you Heather. I AM GOING TO FINISH THIS!!!!

Phew. I was feeling a little discouraged after finding out the pain in my knees is due to psoriatic arthritis. . . And I'm only 29!. . But I am determined to keep up the challenge and just modify anything with a jump to a standing squat. Does anyone else have to modify the pliometric exercises due to chronic conditions? Good job for making it half way everyone! 🙏❣️ we got this.

The first 4,5 Weeks I was concistent- then in February I catched a flu and lost track for almost 4 Weeks. But i get up on my feet and I ' m in again. Today I'm starting week 7 :) I'm Feeling stronger and I see Progress on my Body! Thank you Heather! Your Concept is great and it makes it easier for me to get in contact with my disciplin struggels and my Way trough the Learnfield: "Staying focused".

Glad I read the comments before doing this one. I too almost fell on my face doing the inchworm/burpees after doing the skullcrushers. After that, I substituted other cardio moves like jacks for that one. I think I finally achieved muscle fatigue!
