I'm currently doing your 12-week program and I'm going to repeat phase 2 with heavier weights. I absolutely LOVE it so much! Thank you for providing high-quality workouts for us for free! I love this quick work out!! 🙌 When it’s early morning and I can’t be bothered to do any exercise, I tell myself ‘just 10 minutes’ and it feels so much easier to do. By the end, I sometimes feel like doing more. Oh, and also..I always workout to your videos because I love that you’re straight to it. No talking throughout - just straight up exercise. 🙏 Thank you so much for sharing your skills, Heather.

Best one I've seen! A lot of arm workouts have stuff like push-ups which is too much for my weak muscles. This one is a nice arm work out that I can actually complete. Thank you so much Heather!!!

Needed this stand up exercises because, I have minimum floor space now, due to some renovations. Appreciate the preview of the next exercise, so I know where to maneuver myself. I like that these exercise are concentrated, can definitely feel this before it was over. Thank you 🏋🏽‍♀️

SAME! My arms are definetely leaner, bottom area of the body is taking longer to notice changes on..but I'm patient!! This channel is my salvation and I probably use it as much as my work email right now!

Hi Heather! Thanks for a great, quick but effective arm-workout! I wanted some more standing up -workout after this, so could you consider making a standing up - legs -workout? Maybe combining weights, some moves without? It would make a great combo! :) Thank you anyways for enabling inspiring and empowering workouts for those stuck at home gym!

You are the best Heather! So glad a friend recommended your channel. I’ve been working out for years and have never enjoyed an online workout so much! The music, the clear examples prior to the exercise, the variety, and that fireplace is killer! Makes lockdown in The Bahamas tolerable! Thank you!

I LOVE this new arms toning vid! Have been using the other arms vid, the Tabata one where you're wearing bright green (I actually know a lot of your wardrobe by now - sorry, creepy!) but this one pushed me more I feel and the side flares have definetely helped tone my arms a lot. Still working on the triceps area which is being stubborn but the cellulite is visibly less visible! Yay! I think I have thanked you on every video since Week 1 day 1 but I will continue to thank you! If you were to charge for a workout program count me in! xxx

Absolutely loved this workout and will be repeating it again. Am now looking for more of your workouts that are 10-15 min. long. I know from previous experience that you do not have to do long workouts to get results. Thank you for this and looking to see more. Moe (Maureen)

Heather, I really liked this workout; light weights more reps. It’s gentler on my joints, as I can no longer do heavy weights wo my joints swelling. Bummer. So this works out great...joints happy and I’m happy and still got a great workout because I did it 2x’s to get that burn. Thank you!

This is one of the first arm workouts I love! Arms are my weakness and that's why I don't like arm workouts. Definitely going to do this again and play some with upping my weights. Do you recommend to use one weight for the whole video or depending on the exercise?

You would determine that. If your muscles are not being challenged, then you won't get results. So if you use 5lbs for shoulders, but need 8lbs for biceps, then that's what you do. She didn't switch up because there's rest, so she doesn't have time to switch weights; so for that reason you can stick to the same weight through out the workout.

At first, I thought, "No breaks?! Even with 5-pound weights, this workout is too intensive, and I'm going to suffer afterwards." The next day, all I felt was how strong my back and shoulders were and had a bizarre craving to do the workout again. Thank you, Heather!

Hello I'm new subscriber from Tunisia I started the 12-week program 3 weeks ago and it is AWSOME it was absolutely the workout I've been looking for a long time (I was working with Jilian videos but it doesn't work for me) but with you, I'm losing my belly (which is my biggest problem especially I'm not over-weight). So thank you and keep motivating us and I was asking if it's possible to give us some workout to do during the period and more of abs workout pleeease it would be so nice. Love you xoxox
