Best one I've seen! A lot of arm workouts have stuff like push-ups which is too much for my weak muscles. This one is a nice arm work out that I can actually complete. Thank you so much Heather!!!

I'm currently doing your 12-week program and I'm going to repeat phase 2 with heavier weights. I absolutely LOVE it so much! Thank you for providing high-quality workouts for us for free! Needed this stand up exercises because, I have minimum floor space now, due to some renovations. Appreciate the preview of the next exercise, so I know where to maneuver myself. I like that these exercise are concentrated, can definitely feel this before it was over. Thank you 🏋🏽‍♀️
