I switched back to Heather from a different youtube trainer after finishing their workout channel and I'm glad I made it back. Heather offers the complete package from warm ups, workout, and stretching that makes each session feel great. This was no exception. Also really going at heathers pace makes you feel like every fiber is being worked. Keep up the amazing works!

caroline girvan is more focused on strength I feel. I'm just doing her epic 3 because I'm looking for strength workouts. I turn to heather for hiit and abs. And her full body strength is also amazing.

Love Heather's workouts. Full body range, challenging, but doable. And I love that she does her quick intro at first and then dives in. Her format is unlike any others I've seen. No constant commentary and inside jokes with a full room of people working out. Love the demos before each set that both give you time to set up for the next exercise as well as a quick view of what's next. Can't praise it enough!

I'm happy I had decided to try one of the slightly older workouts. This one was so comprehensive. My entire upper body got worked out! I appreciated how you gave us sufficient time between each exercise so that we could switch weights, get into the next position, and even rest a little bit. Loved this one! Really liked that there was more time between sets than a lot of your other videos. I didn't feel so rushed and was able to get the weights I needed and watch you do the moves so that I was ready to go right at the start. Great total upper body workout!

I have tried so many different workout videos and none of them comes even close to Heather’s workouts! I love her workouts it challenge me and that’s what I like about the workouts! I’m never bored with her workouts, the workouts are fun and Heather has helped me so much I don’t know how many kilograms I have lost because I don’t weigh myself but I can feel difference in my clothes and see a difference in the mirror. I absolutely LOVED this workout!!! I definitely feel the burn (my arms are shaking) but was able to get through all the moves, kept me engaged and not bored at all because of the no repeats, the rests were long enough for me to switch weights and catch enough breath and water without feeling rushed so I was able to give my all for each interval, and I love that you're not talking and just letting the amazing music amd loud clear timer play! This workout literally flew by! I'm sitting here sweating saying "That's it?" But in a good way because I was having so much fun that time flew by. Thank you so much for making this workout!!! It will definitely be a staple in my rotation ❤

When i first started doing your workouts i barely could do a push up. Im not where I want to be but now i can do a couple least 4 Im Getting stronger and i feel so much better! thank you your workout are amazing there so much variety!!
