I love low impact for low motivation days! They're a lot more manageable when I'm feeling like I don't want to workout yet they still deliver! Such a great sweat sesh!

Hello Mrs Robertson ! Thank you for the free cersises ! This low impact workout was more exhausting than other workouts and the some escersises were complicated to undersand and do (like the kickstand&row , plank pass&drop,plank tap&reach).

Great Calender session today.What I love is the variety in type and length of each session.Mostly I don't look before the time because the secret for me in to show up and not find an excuse.It works for me.Thanks Heather!!!

Had to take a break because I got pregnant and had severe pelvic pain. Now I’m back almost three months postpartum and I really appreciate these low impact workout! Definitely not low intensity !!

I knew this was the workout I needed today. I've been pushing really hard and have a bone issue on left side, so I was capable of doing this workout without too much stress on that bone. I work out every day!! THANKS for always being a great trainer!!😊😊👍💪

I had some problems with my hand so I had to skip the workouts with dumbbells. This was the first one since weeks and I really enjoyed it. 😊 Thanks for it Heather! ❤️

Yeah, Heather, your workouts have been amazing for me just about since COVID started. I had always been a gym guy and then when COVID struck, I only had "dial weights" and 30 cubic feet of space. I have never commented before but just want to say thank you so much...awesome energy, pretty awesome music (you could use my tunes from spotify if you want for the cool down section HAHA), and perfectly varied to keep me engaged. THANK YOU.

Wonderful workout! Perfect to do after a day of Tabata workouts when you don't want to do too much and tip into the realm of overtraining, but you still have a lot of energy that you want to use towards your fitness goals.

Yup just like you said low impact don't mean low sweat. After this one was literally drenched in sweat and even had to modify a few exercises still. Feels good to end my week with this WO but also a perfect way to start my work day! Thank you Heather as always!

What a cool workout to do on my early session like today. Perfect to do the day after a leg session because of the no jumping style and the lighter weights. Loved the three circuit and the exercises it was really sweaty. Thank you so so so much !!!

This channel is my place of escape when I’m feeling like I’m hitting a wall with my usual gym routine. Keeps me moving and sweating even on days I’m unmotivated to lift weights!
