What would you recommend for managing exercises while limiting the time investment to manageable proportions? I just starting watching your channel and really appreciate your breaking so many of these exercises down into manageable bites. My problem is that I have a number of issues and need to do so many exercises that I either get too tired or simply don't have 90 minutes or more every day to spend on them. Any tips would be welcome.

NEVER keep your shoulder blades back and down. I'm not sure where that idea came from (quite possibly Satan), but it is always wrong. The shoulders always go up and forward. Try stretching out your hands forward and they will naturally go up.

I guess standing on only one leg might also be dangerous - this can happen while bathing or when taking off or putting on shoes or some pieces of clothes.

Thanks Will, your exercises are working working wonders for me. The only difference is I don't have sciatica pain, I have my entire lower extremities give out if I move wrong. I have had three herniated disc's in the past and every now and again I move wrong and cause one to slip out of place. Apparently I have stopped doing my core exercises over time. Thanks for the refresher course to help me get back on track 😊

I have herniated disc at the same time also spinal stenosis seen in MRI. Sept21,024. My schecule for despense of ESI to epidural space still 2 weeks away. While waiting I have hip, back. butock and knee pain. Tis sliding arms and bending forward makes my hip and kness pain worst. Maybe laying down with knees bend and swing left to right and vise verse works but not enought?!

Love your new graphics! I have a question about your two books. Does your second book cover everything in the first book or are both books completely different? I'm trying to decide if I need to get both of them or if I can get the second one and have everything that was in the first one covered. Please let me know. Thank you!

I’d previously always listened to Personal Trainers at the gym, but they never took my ‘65 years old’ into consideration really. They showed me great exercises and I’m really grateful but you Will, really understand us older folk and give us exercises that make so much more sense. Thank you so much for everything you do. I think you are a GENIUS in your field. 👏👏👏🥇🏆

Having done my share of square bashing, for many years I've walked with a stride without any obvious issues. I recently went on a course with a leading navigation expert who recommend using much shorter steps as it prevents overreaching the walking muscles and you're keeping your stride within the area of the body mass, thus less strain on the joints & tendons. It appears to make sense and I've now got into the habit of taking shorter steps whenever I walk. Your thoughts - ?

Your exercises are the only ones I do now for Gluteal T, and disc bulge. I have been doing them consistently and gently for about 3 weeks now and have been noticing improvement in my pain levels. I tried this one, but held for only 10 seconds, as I'm not wanting to flare anything up, I'll gradually increase to 30 seconds if there is no flare ups. I've had these issues for years, and you have been the only physio that has helped. I'm only taking painkillers if I'm having a bad day and not every day now. Thank you for all you do for us. I will be buying your book. 62F.

Another great video--thank you, Will! I'm curious whether your patients who have had total hip replacement have more difficulty doing this stretch and improving their walking? Or do the glutes recover quite nicely after the surgery?

I’m 65 male. I walk nowadays because of health. I also find that I have to put extra effort to get the benefits. Retirement is not what I thought it was (being lazy). For tripling hazards, choose the right sandals. I automatically lift my toe to avoid a snag but the front part of the sandal won’t lift and my snag if it’s too long. If you can’t walk, thread water.

Completed back traction therapy. Spine alignment is now fantastic. Hips still tight from sitting though. This exercise does wonders, especially if you breathe deeply. Went for a walk right afterwards. Wow, my stride flows freely and very little stiffness. Thank you❤
