I’ve been practicing Mark’s content for about a year now and it’s been life changing. I’m now on my 8th month of his program for overweight or deconditioned individuals. That plus a vastly improved diet have allowed me to loose almost 30 lbs and to feel immensely better both physically and mentally. I’ve enjoyed the Club Integration Track of the program so much that I’ve just kept repeating cycles with increasing weight, even though I am no longer overweight myself. I plan to add the movements in this video to my routine.

This is very encouraging, I can't wait to get to this point. I just completed cycle 4 of the dumbell/Single arm bat moving on to dumbell/2 arm bat. I enjoyed the kettlebells more because it made me feel stronger. I do worry about what I'd do with all the weights/equipment I'm gathering lol.

@MarkWildman what is the colour system you have going on your Adex adjustable club. Do you think it is something worth sharing, and perhaps if it works well adex should just paint them like that from the beginning. Like coloured barbell weights or competition kettlebell colours...

I have bought the Adjustable Adex club with the wildman diameter handle. And I’ve bought the spacers too. The spacers came with no instructions as to the optimal placement re the spacers and iron plates. It seems in this video you have your red spacer closer to the hands than the tip.

I’m getting a sore lower back from squatting with 2HC. I also can’t seem to get my elbows inside my knees. Anyone have any cues to help with this?

Can you get your elbows inside knees with goblet squat?

Thanks for the tips. I can do it with the goblet squat but I’m noticing that I’m hunching when I try. I think my hip mobility might be the limiting factor. Pushing the club out & up is helping me get low without hunching. I might just forget about the elbows inside hips for now.

​@davidscholten6707 if you haven't seen, check out the 'heavy club 41' vid. Mark suggests it as a breakout drill for hip-back, and you already see benefit in the press movement but here you can straighten back

It's a great exercise (the club squats are all good) that's helped me get lower, but I find I'm going much more straight out with the press, rather than somewhat up. I just jumped to 25lbs with the Basis of Strength program, so things may change with this weight when I get to that level again, but any coaching other than "Just press upwards, dude" is helpful.
