helped out my parents in olive harvesting for the first time in my life and realized how well i was prepared for carrying heavy and long branches and packed sacks around thanks to KB and heavy club/mace training. if only i could use a sand bag in my apartment you make people's lives better, thanks again.

I use KB pullover squats in almost every warm up. They make damn near every muscle fire to some degree.

I’ve honestly never really worked with clubs at all. Kind of embarrassing. I need to get acquainted with these.

Nothing embarrassing there! It's awesome that you're interested. I hope you enjoy the journey- happy clubbing.

I use my 22 lb mace for this , gripping closer to the weight. A 35 lb KB gives similar results imo

Good Day All,Peace and Blessings!Where can I purchase a club?

Anything lost doing this with A kettlebell? Goblet style grip to be specific? The 7lb club I have is not really sufficient to get the effect it seems.

Men should be in the range of 15 lbs to 50 lbs for club. You just loose lever length with a kb

@@MarkWildman I just looked at your video on club selection for men from 3 years ago. As a guy in his 50s with some joint issues, I was wondering if you would still suggest starting at 15lbs or if I would be better off starting at 5lbs?

I did some 50lb kettlebell squats the other day and now my right knee is swollen. It doesn't hurt but it's swollen. Guess I should take it down a notch.

I guess the key is working out what’s asymmetric in your movement pattern and why. Perhaps your right knee was collapsing in slightly ?

Stay away from knee engaging exercise for a month. Same happened to me .

Notice these strengthen foot muscles. Is there a kettle bell and, or, steel mace equivalent? Thank you.

With a KB I'm thinking go Bottoms up with a halo at the top, alternating directions each rep.

Looks like I need some clubs. I'm 6ft2 180lbs and I've just started kettlebells seriously. I can even snach a 60lb kettlebell for a few rep an arm. How hevey of a bat should I get to start you figure? 20bs-30lbs is what I figure.

Generally I believe Mr Wildman would recommend 15lb. Doesn't sound much but it is a different dynamic to KB and even after 9 months I still find my 15lb club very useful.
@jordantheokay3168 Жыл бұрын
@@rickeccles7893 yup, I started out with a cupple of 16kg bells so I think I'll get a 15 and a 20. Lb club. I have a swordsmanship background but that's ages ago.

@@jordantheokay3168 that's awesome!! I have a 6kg, 8kg and a 10kg and they all complement each other really well, could be your new obsession haha, I know it's mine! All the best for the new year.

For Single Club a 6kg is good for the first weeks/months or advanced movements like windmills, but at first get the fundamentals right. 6+8+10 are very nice for the first 1-2 years. After that you may need 12. For double Hand 10 is good for start. If you can afford it, go for an adex club
