I needed to change the incantation to "rotate, push, swing, pull, stop" to learn this. First time I tried I was standing there thinking "push", looking to my left, then to my right, and I couldn't figure out how to get the club where it was supposed to go . Then I had to come back up here and watch the video again :-)

Hi. I've been using my new clubbell and i have found it difficult on the wrists , i dont have weak wrists, as i crochet alot. Also gripping it properly was a challenge compared to the dumbbells. Is it a case of just getting used to it?
