Heavy weather | Cannes to Troyes | DA40 NG | IFR

We fly G-SUEO, a DA40 NG from Cannes LFMD to Troyes LFQB. This is the fifth of seven videos showing a weeks flying which takes us all the way to Elba and back.
This leg is flown IFR and is the longest of the trip. For the arrival into Troyes we have to navigate around an area of rough weather with CB's lingering a small area close to the airport.
The aircraft is a 2013 Diamond DA40 NG fitted with Garmin G1000 displays and GFC 700 auto-pilot. The aircraft is operated by Sue Air who have a fleet of four superbly maintained Diamond aircraft (DA40 and DA42) based at Gloucester and North Weald.
