@ravenbarsrepairs55942 жыл бұрын
Most of Brent's water problems are with a poorly designed system at the bottom. The hump in the pipe between the water source and pump is creating an easy way for the pump to lose prime, which is the #1 problem. The pump is also taxed fairly heavily pushing the water up 600+ft. Id add a second line to the bottom with the function of being able to pour water down and re-prime the pump from the surface, as well as adding an intermediate reservoir and second pump half way up so that the lower pump isn't having to lift as far. As I recall, Brent has found ways into some of the upper levels without using the shaft Also flattening the run of line between the pump and the sump at the bottom so there isn't that downhill slope away from the pump on the feed line.
@BikingVikingHH2 жыл бұрын
Yes
@kevinafrank1042 жыл бұрын
Yeah, I know it might not be in the budget but two more tanks: one right at the top of the shaft to cover the prime problem, and a dedicated fire irrigation system so you always have full tank available for fire suppression would be ideal. How much water can the aquifer provide? You would have to be able to assemble a drill system on the bottom level to drill deep enough to supply the town. That’s a huge hassle. Also, thinking about off grid solutions for the other utilities. That’s a major headache.
@tezzrterry74852 жыл бұрын
There were a lot more people in the town, back in the hey day, they must have had more water? Water collection on the surface, from snow and rain, may be an option too.

Dave, you and your entire crew and friends, never fail to amaze me. Brett will be forever in your debt for all you have done for him. You, literally, put his dreams back on track from the day you met him.

Diesel Dave's bloody mad!! Surfing 24' in the air while Sparkes flies up the last bit of track. That 10 x 10 must have really good suspension! Thanks for the vid. Jim Bell (Australia)

There is Absolutely One thing that I truly admire about Heavy D and all his crew....is that they collaborate with US partners and friends. Very Patriot people! Amazing!

This video is better than watching any superhero movie ever! I was definitely holding my breath through a lot of it! The best part was watching Brent ride the tank up to the top! I love Brent‘s channel and have been watching it since the beginning. He is so awesome and so are you guys! I’ve been watching your channel since you rescued the old man’s house boat on mead lake. Thank you so much for helping Brent. You guys are stellar!

Hands down the most ridiculous stuff I've ever seen! You guys routinely do the "impossible", and that's why I watch. Keep up the good work boys!

I love that you use your equipment. Push it to the limit with no hesitation. I know too many people with big trucks that the heaviest or most challenging thing they've ever put in them is a set of golf clubs. So fun to see you using your vehicles the way they should be.

I wish the old sky tram to keeler was still up and running! 1. Charge for rides 2. Brent can ship stuff back and forth from keeler way easier! (Not a tank this big but definitely food or water) That would be one hell of a build though.
