וְלֹא הָיָה בָהּ עוֹד רוּחַ׃ Literally, it means "And there was no more spirit in her" which could roughly translate as, "And she was breathless."

Good eye! It's because the verb in this verse is actually a participle, which you'll learn in a later lesson. That later lesson will come back to this same passage and show why it looks like it does here, so keep watching!
