My great grandma was married to a horrible man. He beat her and god knows what else. She got the courage to leave him. Years later she met my great grandpa. Feel in love. Had 3 amazing kids. My great grandpa passed away and she was so angry he left her by herself. Every night she talked to him saying how mad she is. 3 years later he visited her and she said he told her it’s time to come home. The way they loved each other is something special. Even at 60-70 years old he always patted his lap and told her to sit so he could hold her.

@@kalynwhidden7015 that's *real* love...when you literally crave to hold and touch and simply just be so close that you feel your souls emotionally touch and become one.. Oh there's something 'bout a man in black, Makes me want to buy a Cadillac, Throw the top back, And roll down to Jackson town, I wanna be there on the stage with you, You and I could be the next rage too, Hear the crowd roar, Make 'em want more, Kick the footlights out, I wanna love like Johnny and June, Rings of fire burnin' with you, I wanna walk the line, Walk the line, Till the end of time, I wanna love, Love ya that much, Cash it all in, Give it all up, When you're gone, I wanna go too, Like Johnny and June, I wanna hold you baby right or wrong, Build a world around a country song, Pray a sweet prayer, Follow you there, Down in history, I wanna love like Johnny and June, Rings of fire burnin' with you, I wanna walk the line, Walk the line, Till the end of time, I wanna love, Love ya that much, Cash it all in, Give it all up, When you're gone, I wanna go too, Like Johnny and June, Like Johnny and June, More than life itself, No-one else, This endless promise, They don't make love like that anymore, Is that too much to be askin' for, I wanna love like Johnny and June, Rings of fire burnin' with you, I wanna walk the line, Walk the line, Till the end of time, I wanna love, Love ya that much, Cash it all in, Give it all up, When you're gone, I wanna go too, Like Johnny and June, Like Johnny and June, And when we're gone, There'll be no tears to cry, Only memories of our lives, They'll remember, remember, A love like that (The Voice US 2020 brought me here)

This was the first song that I remember learning the lyrics to as a kid and singing whenever it played, and a lot when it wasn't playing. Of course I didn't understand it till I was older but it is still one of my favorites. 💖

I listened to this song all through middle school. I met Heidi and saw her perform this live, she was so sweet and she told me I had a beautiful name

2023, can’t believe I heard this beautiful song 15 years ago. I saw a newly married Johnny and June performing on the Glen Campbell Goodtime Hour a few minutes ago, and Heidi’s song came to mind❤

This was mine and my (abusive) ex-fiancé’s song. I listen to it whenever I miss the times I believed his lies, when he was kind to me instead of beating me black and blue. He called us Johnny and June. Now this song reminds me that there is somebody out there who will always be kind to me, never lie to me and most importantly NEVER raise a hand to me.
