You should watch the live videos. They use a lot of self made instruments based on historical findings or scripts (same as the lyrics). The whole show is a journey into your own soul. The best live experience i ever had.

Heilung ( "Healing" ) call their music Amplified History, an so it is......singing in authentic or imagined protoScandinavian or protoEuropean dialects, their music is hypnotizing.....they make many of their instruments and costumes.....Maria becomes a pre-Christian shaman when she sings ( in a good way )......he is eating ceremonial mushrooms......
