What makes me the maddest is that I know the US Military has units capable of setting camps up with roads, electric, water and sewer in a matter of days! That includes living quarters and offices for administration and military leaders. Those units are inactive at the moment. No camps are being built on foreign soil. They have the equipment, plumbers, electricians, builders and planners that could have Haven on the Hill looking like a subdivision in a matter of days. They are trained to do this fast and effeciently for troop deployment over seas! They maintain bases here in the US also! They have nothing pressing to do as of now and could be deployed to help with this right now!

I noticed haven on the hill campers have some insulation board on them to keep them warmer. Suggestion : hay bails. I used them around my camper in the winter they keep it very warm especially if you do a double row. 1 row under 1 row on outer edge. Much cheaper then insulation. My thanks & prayers to the owner of the land to house all these people. Your an angel.

Hay is used to feed animals and will hold water. It also has seed heads that attract rodents and bugs. Straw has no nutritional value for animals, is hollow and will not retain water. It would be a great way to help keep the campers warmer.

With the generators not starting, check the oil. There's a safety mechanism in them that once the oil gets so low, they won't start. So check the oil in those generators. 😊🤗❤️

If the big gas tank can be modified, you can put gravity to work without needing power. Plumb an extra cap on the side near the bottom, and you can still fill at the top, and gravity drain from the one thats much closer to the bottom.

When my young son was working up that way. We had him camping in a true 4 season camper 27 ‘ Lance. I bought that used from Fla Still have that but m other son had to fix things. Seals. Etc. the pipes after awhile leak. Slow leakage art tops of pipe fittings. We redid the floors. But camper has no exterior waves. Held up well. Sealing is very important cracks out side

Here's a tip for generator usage. This might help stretch out fuel supplies. Each generator should have its rated amps listed which if each camper used only a certain amount of amps for each trailer extension cords could be run to split or share a Gen set there by stretching the amount of fuel required. Folks would need to limit what or how many appliances they use at once so the generator isn't maxed out. All appliances list how many amps they use making this plan easy to implement. If I lived closer I'd love to help try this idea. For all know you fine folks might already do this. It's all about finding a way to best use what you have as I see it. Hope this helps.
