I HIGHLY recommend she have a shed built over it. It will protect the roof from leaking which they do over time, and with all the snow NC gets it will definitely help. Also it will provide a cover to sit under such as a porch. What a Blessing !

Yes, a Shed is Very Important to Preserve the the Whole Camper and I would build it large enough to have a place to Park a vehicle and a Picnic Table...

Here’s PLAIN/SURVIVOR info:: Place (secure with TAPE around the window openings); this WILL make vision through the covered windows “blurry,” but, doing this makes the covered windows into “double-panes”windows…effectively making the RV more air tight…&, for ME (when I used THIS “hint” more comfortable…) ; I hope it works for you, if you choose to do this; BTW, I bought a roll of thin plastic @ Home Depot to cover my windows… AGAIN, GOOD LUCK! ( from one “survivor” to. another…. “YOU GOT THIS!!” 👍🏻👍🏻🥰
