really wish for the HX stomp you would add the ability to move the Tap Tmpo/tuner function to any button or even better using the command center place it on only the presets you want there to be a button for it

Question I can't find an answer to anywhere: If you have a Clean Preset, a Dirty Preset, and a Dirty with Reverb Preset and the Dirty presets turn on your amps Dirty channel via the EXT AMP control, does changing from one dirty preset to another turn OFF the Dirty channel on the amp? Or do they have a way to know that it's already engaged and so they don't send a switch signal?

Because the EXT amp is using relay switching, you will need to program per preset or snapshot so whatever you've programmed to happen when you go to the next preset or snapshot, that's what will happen.

How do you use a midi cable for such as a bugera 6260 for amp changing? The amp uses a 5 pin , I got a long enough 7 pin with the 5 pin adaptor

Will the Helix work as a channel changer with a Mesa Boogie Triple Rec? Obviously the midi won't work, as the rec isn't a midi head.

It's really too bad as using the 4 cable method witht he EXT AMP i get a crazy hum going on and just can't seem to get rid of it.

Check the knobs on the back of the amp head that select bypass loop orange with effects etc

I did my update to 3.10. I don’t have any of the new models for some reason? Hx edit says I’m up to date and the helix itself says 3.10 upon startup. Anyone else have this issue?
