Hella Rallye 4000 on the Landcruiser 76, LC76

The installation was very easy, just some common sense on electrical work. The Halogens work well and I used a different on/off switch than the Hella so I don't have to drill in the dash. CH4X4 switches look like factory on the Toyota. I added: CH4X4 switches, Blue Sea fuse box, a 100 amp circuit breaker.

Thank you Raj, yes the Hella 4000 has 2 knobs underneath it and is able to give you the ability to adjust up down left and right.

I am using these on 2 of my cars. But after 5 to max 7 years the wires tend to weather , Is this a common issue on Hella wiring harness?

Thank you for the inquiry. I have used Hella wiring harness on my 1998 4runner since the 4000 came out. The 3rd gen 4runner traveled across the globe including the deserts in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Reason for this is I am guessing it could be heat related, but I did not face that problem and the wires are still good. However, I have heard that in some mid 2000 BMW models with Hella OEM wiring harness had issues with Hella on their cars due to heat.
