Helldivers 2 is a third-person action shooter developed by Arrowhead Studios. Players will venture out into the galaxy to slay dangerous enemies and reclaim planets into the Super Earth alliance all in the name of freedom. Take a look at the latest trailer to get the story so far spanning from the original Helldivers release to the upcoming Helldivers 2. Helldivers 2 is launching on February 8 for PlayStation 5 (PS5) and PC.

Damn, Lost Planet gets no love. It it was an actual 3rd person shooter where you fought a lot of bugs and could pilot mechs.

They dropped the ball ( the makers of Starship Troopers Game) and Arrowhead picked it up up and went for a Touchdown. Highly recommended. Granted, it has had it's teething troubles. But saying all that , it's an indie studio. It's bags of fun and as a ton of scope. Imo, possibly the best co-op hoard shooter although third person since Left 4 Dead 1 and 2. That is a bold statement but also a true one. It's in the running for Game Of The Year and we are only in February 2024.

This game brings back the fun of co-op gameplay. Can’t remember the last time I’ve had this much fun with my best buds and not have to sweat to do decent. PvE is just so much more relaxing with friends. Wouldn’t be surprised to see this game get nominated for game of the year. Hats off to the devs for bringing back co-op fun.

"paywall". You can buy the BP with real cash, or just earn it in game and buy it there. It's all achievable for free, but the elemental damage isn't that much of a bonus for the weapons anyway.
