I cried so much because of Daeho'. He was soo happy just with a little dance. The mother doesn't look mean, but it looks like she didnn't realise how much her sons worry for her and that they just want a little bit of attention. I don't know if she'll ever read this but this is what I have to say to you Daeho's mother: I know how difficult it is to raise children alone. I see my mom. You want to give up a lot of time because life seems hard and unfair. But I think that your children' love, your children' smiles, if you pay attention, it will be even more addictive than the best game ever. When you will see them later, proud , withtheir girlfriend, with a job, you'll be so proud. Because you did it, you raised them well, alone, and nobody will critisize you because you're the most courageous women on this hearth. Fighting!!

yep. well, even though both (the mother and old man) are bad, imo the old man is more crazy. at least the mother earn money for her sons (alone as a single parents), while the old man seems only know how to spend money (he's damn selfish and airhead too). i wish the mother would change tho.. she's lucky to have such a nice sons, so she should spend more time with them before it'd be too late and she'll regret it later.

I'm not playing down the effect of her behaviour on her kids but the man's beheviour is negatively affecting his daughter and he wasn't there to comfort his wife when she was hit. His daughter is also missing out on taking care of her kids while helping her mum out. But the reaction to his concern is luke warm.

In my opinion, the first man, whose entire family is suffering because of him does not get much backlash even if he is not fulfilling ANY of his duties PLUS he is a burden to his family. While the mother in the second one only needs to care more for her children. she does most things, she just lacks some concern for her children. and she is right. why is it always the mother who has to clean??? He's 6 years old and knows how to make kim chi fried rice already, and his brother cleans up the house and does laundry. Amazing aiming kids. The 1st and 2nd concern made me so sad. Negligence is such a huge issue among families. I understand that fishing and computer games are an "escape" but this life is so short. We're bound to eventually die and those "escapes" are going to be regrets. We should spend time with the ones that matter most. (And P.S. Did anyone else get annoyed when the hosts said to the guy who was crying that he was more of a concern...? I think that being sensitive and empathetic isn't a concern ...he's been through a lot I can tell. Isn't he one of the fewest out Koreans? That's amazing. Hwaiting! And you don't have to "tough cry". Being vulnerable and understanding is a strength! I know the hosts just joke around but I honestly feel men should be free to cry the way they want to...)

I don't usually cry when watching concerns but for the second one, I couldn't help it. For a boy his age, he's so selfless. He's worried more about his mother's health than his happiness. It moved me so much. I also couldn't help crying since the music was so sad and people were tearing up as well. It's upsetting for parents to put anything before their children. I know that it was upsetting for when my parents did and I still get sad when remembering those times. I hope that the mother rethinks her priorities and straightens up. The kids need a safe and healthy environment to live in but what's even more important, is a mother's love and attention.

I feel bad for the boy of the 2nd concern as he just wanted some attention from his mum who is fixed on her video games 24/7. He wanted some motherly love that he may not have gotten and quality time with her. If only she change, i think the boy would be able to be more brighter then he was and able to catch up with his studies? Hopefully. Really hope she would change as she have had already good children as you guys could she. But, i can't blame their mum fully as she got a divorce and had to raise them ALONE ! I wish that when dealing with the second concern, that they'd talked about the smoking more. The kids even said they didn't care about her playing games, they just wanted her to quit smoking. But I think MCs felt like they couldn't really touch that topic since some of them smoke too. They should've at least gotten her to promise to smoke outside, or maybe only in her bedroom.

I had mixed feelings on the second concern. I could say the children grew up quite well despite the environment they grew up in. Most kids who don't live in the best conditions at home, or you could say a 'messed up family' turn out to be the caring and considerate ones. I know from experience that even though they grow up to be nice, they still lack the love and are very empty on the inside- this can lead to worse things aswell. The mom doesn't have a ratchet and stubborn personality like the other guests, but she needs to come to reality. She needs to realise that these are her kids and that she should do everything in order for them to become the best. She gifted enough to have such heartwarming boys, so she should just do her part in helping them. The smoking thing really broke me too. And oh seungcheol- He made me cry loads😂😣😰

The second concern is very heartbreaking. I'm pretty sure the mom couldn't see why everyone was so sad. It didn't seem like a big deal to her. No hate on her though. The kids did so well in raising themselves that she prob thought she didn't need to play the part of a mom. The little boy is so cute and lovely. She's lucky to have two loving kids. 1st concern, that is not a dad, nor is he a human being, he keeps saying that he's only got a few years so i think the family should live like he has died, no cleaning, laundry, dinner etc...maybe then he'll realise not only is he alive but he's being a prick 2nd concern, i'm English and as soon as i heard this i thought, someone call social services, here kids get put into foster care for emotional neglect doesn't have to necessarily be abuse...i get that parents like her do these things because they have their own pain but isn't the essence of having kids realising despite it all, you have to be strong for them...i know myself and that i'm very selfish so i don't plan on having kids and it really annoys me when people don't assess themselves before bringing kids into the world and making them suffer The last concern, he is another one who is trying to mask something but with alcohol, i fully can tell you no matter what his wife is giving him to detoxify he is not healthy,...from what she mentioned when fell and went stiff, he'll probably die of a heart attack or liver failure not cancer...his passing will probably be sudden, even in his sleep, i've seen it before

The third concern the father needs a rehab. Complaining to him and asking him to just stop is useless. If he tries to stop drinking on his own it could kill him. He needs medical treatment that consist on detoxing to quit. Sometimes this show can be pointless why not offer him professional help or try convincing him to go to rehab.

+Mian Lee I agree with you, but from what my friends have said and what I have read and heard, rehab, counselling and other services like that which we only see as good things in the west are almost considered shameful and an indication that there is something wrong with you permanently. It's one of the reasons why SK has one of the highest suicide rates in the world. :( People that need help are often afraid to get it or don't see it as an option as it will affect their future prospects. I would say that it is less of an issue here with the older man, but probably still has the mentality of "what will my family/friends/neighbours think of me". Sad!

1 concern: so this whole family needs to let him go. People get more stubborn as they get olde. If he wants to be alone so badly, divorce him and let him support his hobby by himself, he'll miss them then. 2: I felt so bad for the little boy and his brother. Divorces can be hard on a family. The mother needs to realize it's just as hard for her kids as her. I feel bad for her as well because of the burden she has to carry working and taking care if her kids. the first two concerns made me cry... the first one, the father really doesn't know how to appreciate his family, the daughter is neglecting her children which is very bad for the kids.... they need their mom because they are still young. the second concern, omg i wish i could slap her into reality.. those two boys, she doesn't deserve them. they grew up so well, their personality wow. but really a mom telling her son, you don't need to study? she's okay with him always being last in class? she doen't even motivate him and even make it impossible for him to study at home? wow terrible.. those kids don't deserve that, they could be so much more if they tried to study, they seem really smart. pff i like games too, but i would never ever chose games over my own children. I do think she is right about 1 thing. the housework, the 'duties'of the mom, it's not only the resposibility of the mother, they should divide the houdework and the mother should teach them to clean up their stuff by giving a GOOD example.. pff of course the kids are going to mess up everything without cleaning if the mom gives that example...

I never really understand the concerns when they say "the mom isn't doing her duties". I don't understand, if you are hungry then cook. if you're living room is messy then clean it.
