Simply thinking about the muscles you’re working forces you to really engage those muscles. With the glute bridges I wasn’t getting the most out of the exercise until I remembered to really use my flutes to lift up and hold my position. The single leg glute bridges were killer! Excited for some rest tomorrow but also feel awesome and accomplished! Thanks for once again an amazing workout!

Just a friendly advice if you'd calves are sore even after two days and you re not new to exercise, try next time without weights and when you manage to do calves without feeling sore the next days, then add weights. Keep going!!

🥵🥵phew! My glutes & hamstrings were definitely saying hello there🤔😜what an intense brilliant session. I was trying trying to concentrate on the connection with the glutes and hamstrings. There was 🔥🔥🔥 all the way through. Loved all this variety and lived the finisher. I should have used my fabric band as this is tougher but I'm only getting used to it. This is one I would repeat again. Hope you all enjoy. Have fun. Add on 15 mins RDL's feel great after it. Have fun😃😃

I just completed day 12 of the upper body workout. It was one of the better upper body workouts that I've been able to accomplish including the skull crushers is the finisher. I was also able to complete each round of doing regular push-ups rather than the decline push-ups. Thank you Caroline for being the fearless leader that you are 🤩

@@matthewalmond8274 I just completed the full body workout for today. That was a tough one I just don't know how Caroline does it. But then again like I told myself a few years ago when I started doing her work out that I am never going to be her and she's been doing this for a very long time. It's also my 66th birthday today and I would say I'm doing pretty well to be honest. We have a lot of snow and we've gone from 10° to 18° today. I do get warm when I'm doing Caroline's workouts though.

I loved the variety of this workout, the side kneel, which we hadn’t done in a while, and the finisher! The extra bonus hold 💥💥... My leg are still a little wobbly 🥴.The add-on was perfect, always appreciated by all of us... I added 15 minutes glutes "Xmas series" .... I love those mini workouts, I often revisit them ! HI, Monika. Woow, I was looking forward to this workout so much and it was brilliant! That was a lot of love for our glutes and hammies😉 I felt it during side kneeling lifts so much as well and those 1/2 reps with single leg thrusts burned my glutes! The finisher was fantastic, the last 30 sec was great! Finished with the add-on and a stretch as well. My whole body is feeling amazing now, tomorrow is an active rest day so let's make it a great one!♥️

Fun but challenging. Took me 50 minutes including warmup and finisher. 8.6/10 for effort. Used light blue band throughout. sumos with 2x9kgs for bothe sets - holds need some work. Used 2x7kg for first set of thrusts, then to 1x 12.5kg throughout thrusts. Used 9kkg for the unilateral work, sometimes needed to assist with other hand for last 3 or so sets. Doable but I worked hard. Thanks a mill, Caroline! Finisher: all of the reps with light blue band and only paused where I was lagging behind the video in timing.

This was great! You just have to squeeze and make use of the band to get a good burn. I used 2x12.5kg dumbbells.

🌟New favorite!🌟 Loved this one sooo much!🥰 I honestly loved every single exercise choice! All my favorites! Those holds were pure 🔥! I gritted, while still trying to breathe, through everyone of them..legs quivering and all😆! 👊🏻 I felt I had a great workout with a lot of focus on good quality reps. The triset format was perfect. I loved the variation within and the repeats of the trisets. Those fwd leaning lunges and fwd leaning Bulgarians were killer!!🥵🤩😍 Enjoyed every second of it. The finisher was AWESOME! Definitely a favorite overall for me. Loved that 30 second hold at the end. 👏🏻Can't wait to repeat this workout in the future. Thanks so much Caroline! Active rest day well deserved tomorrow! I am so sore this week😆😁!! See ya Friday..cant wait for those Makers😉.

This was my favorite leg workout of hers so far. I liked the short pre-activation work at the start. That's something I always need for glute work. I enjoyed lots of slow, very concentrated exercises to make sure the correct muscle was firing... although by the end, my glutes and hamstrings were exhausted, so it was harder and harder to keep other muscles from taking over.

Ditto the comments left by Melinda & Matt Tietsort! I loved this one. I remember a little blast of banded glutes from another Epic, and I just loved it. Those side kneel lifts…love how those really isolate one glute over the other - so useful for standing balance yoga stuff. I did the hamstring add-on, then Unwind. Still love that video. Sometimes I go off script and throw in stretches I particularly like and sometimes I will hold for a bit longer than the 30 seconds in that video. I have gone back to doing the 9-minute warm-up because it’s my favourite choice with nearly every exercise being broken down so as to ease into things more. I am now sore all over because it’s been quite the week!! I need no convincing to take it easy tomorrow because I want to come back full strength for Maker Friday!

I am behind schedule because I got sick with Covid and was too weak to workout. BUT!! I have been back into it for a little bit now. Sometimes, my mind is convinced Caroline is secretly trying to kill us. 😂🤣 But my body says no… this is kindness. 🤗🥰 Just kidding. I love the workouts! I love how it has been shaping my body. Thank you, Caroline for your consistency, compassion for others to make this available to us for free, and for working us out!! I don’t really get super sore anymore, because my body has adjusted and I was working out at a gym before it closed down and I decided to workout from home, but I do feel pushed and exhausted during the workouts! 🤪 I know God led me to this page. It isn’t about the scale for me, it’s about staying healthy to do what God has called me to do and for my family. :)

I’ve been down due to covid for over a week. So I had to pause my endgame workout. I’m now well, but will take it easy and will just do calisthenics from CG. Take care everybody!

Hey I too did the same when I was down with covid. Don't push yourself too much. And well if you have recovered then calisthenics is the best option coz covid makes us feel dizzy & weak. So I think it's a better option than lifting weights for now. Good luck with your workout. Hope you recover completely soon. Take care :).

I need this workout every week. My hamstrings are my weak link. Love the hip thrusts to work the front legs...no one else I have trained does them. They are amazing for runners or people who sit a lot.
