Back in the prehistoric days when I used to go to the gym 5 hs a week to never get definition or gain mass or anything other than not giving in to gravity I could in a good day do hip thrusts, on a mat, with 2 weights of 5KG each. And I thought I was a lot. Now I´m stacking my two 15KG on my towel like Caroline does and going for a full 30KG and getting away with it. I feel POWERFUL. Not to mention my abs, a lifetime struggle that I never never gave up, only to see results after I started working out with Caroline. Grateful does not even begin to describe it. Plus, no injuries. Plus, FUN. Plus this amazing community, PLUS, CAROLINE´S SMILE. THIS IS SO PERFECT I LOOK FORWARD TO IT EVERYDAY. Thank you Caroline! (My calves are still sore and now I can add glutes hahaha)

I love how you don’t talk the entire time and that it beeps when there is a change. The timer and percentage done tracker are so helpful as well and the preview. Best of all I love that it’s weightlifting but slow and controlled! I can see how this will help me to gain strength, mobility and flexibility! Thank you for sharing these workout!!

I am a 52 year old woman, and I have done all the workouts up to number 12 so far. I plan to do the whole series and then repeat it. The results are sooo good, better than any workout program I've ever done. I had lost all my muscle tone over the pat 10 years I was just bones and flab. Now muscles are starting to come back. I feel strong. I do lighter weights than Caroline (ranging from 8 lb to 15 lb dumbbells. But as I get stronger I will add more weight. My goal is to get stronger little by little and avoid injuries. I love how these workouts are so easy to follow and each set is previewed before so you can prep for the next set. Also the music is perfect and I love the victory music at the end SOO uplifting and encouraging! A million thanks!!!!!!!

Ladies, I’m 48 and on my 5th round of Iron. I hit a plateau and wasn’t seeing any improvement until I started adding creatine to my post and pre-workout regimen. Total game changer. I have more stamina and the weight is increasingly getting heavier. Thank you CG!

This is the first of your series that I have tried and now I am planning to work my way through all of them. They are extremely high quality workouts and you could easily sell these for profit. The fact that you put them out there for us for free is just amazing. I love how you do most of your cueing through writing or signals, rather than talking. It really lets me get "into the zone"! Not that I don't like to hear you talk! It's just very...calm. But still kicks my butt every time! Keep up the awesome work.

Wasn’t yesterday’s finisher a tough one! It certainly finished me!! Posterior chain day today...and thus looks like another demanding workout! Lots of great exercises here once again...hip thrusts at the end will be fun...and I think the sumo squat finisher will finish us all once again! I still vividly remember the first official posterior chain workout from epic 1 as my hammies and back were sore for days haha. Strong posterior chain is so important in overall training and I always enjoy this type of session to the maximum. Today was no difference. Intense session, really feeling every single rep! What a treat! The back portion was brilliant and I just loved the thrusts at the end. Finished with the add-on which is a crazy burner! Have a great active rest day tomorrow and see you on friday!

To be able to stay with the same type of movement and improve it with each repetition is definitely something glorifying. I can see my confidence increasing and I'm sure it's because, with your videos, I'm taking the time to do the movement well and feel it. It's no longer a question of lifting heavy and badly to feel better. From now on, doing the movement correctly is really my goal and this is long before lifting heavier. Day 13 complete! Oh yes I felt this one for sure. I have to keep pushing because this cold weather is making me too comfortable in my bed, but first things first, a workout to wake me up before kids and work. I'm here for it. Day 13 Done✔️ Posterior ⛓️ worked hard. Brilliant Planning. Unilateral Rows and RDLs used heavier DBs. When grip was failing at RDLs used wrist wraps w/ straps which helped. Hip thrusts was 🔥. Favourite was the Finisher. No add-on today as felt my bum was done. Awesome Sesh! Thanks Caroline! ❤️ Happy Wednesday!

Hi Christopher...I simply couldn’t finish the tricep push ups yesterday! My triceps just ceased to work! You’ll love today’s workout...lots of great exercises...really well grouped together! And if you have time there’s a brilliant add on just to finish those glutes off! Have a great day! Matthew

9/19/2022 - I like that you seem to have had a tough day with it today. It makes it seem more real. Even fitness guru's have tough days. This was me Friday when I did #12. I still did it, but for some reason things were more of a struggle. We will see how this goes a little later today. Alright got this one done. I really liked this workout and I am getting better and stronger. It is so exciting to feel the changes. Again thank you for a great workout and series.

Caroline, you’re the best!!! Very challenging for me! I do the iron series 6 days a week and just a 15 min full body on Sunday before church. Than you so much.

The finisher yesterday definitely had me beat!! 🥴 no arms left. This workout from Caroline is definitely going to be a challenge and very demanding with a tough finisher once again, watch out glutes😲. I'm looking forward to this workout, using the glute band towards the end will be a test if stamina. Time to rise and smile 😊👍👍👋.

Morning Philippa really loved the 30 min session. No major hassle but did have 🔥🔥. Did add on and it was f Glutes with ankle weights and that was so ouchie. Could barely stand after that. Well done today. Enjoy your rest day.

I bet you smashed it with some killer weights, definitely ouchie on the sumos😎. Didn't do the add on subbed with a core and abs from 2020 👍which had planks so good compliment for today. Morning Philippa...I know just what you mean about yesterday’s finisher...so very hard!! Today’s workout was fun...I enjoyed getting the glute band out...as you know that I would...and I actually enjoyed pushing through the finisher! Those pulses seemed to go on for a lot more than 30 secs! I did the add on too...I just love that workout! Enjoy your day! Matthew

@@annereidy515 Morning Anne...your experience sounds just like mine! I dud the add on with my 3 kg ankle weights and when I’d finished walked to the kitchen to find something to eat...and I suddenly thought...walking isn’t so easy now!! All good fun! Enjoy your day! Matthew
