Hi Katy! LOVEEE the new apartment! Why not use the loft as a bedroom? I would definitely put the mattress up there and make it a cozy bedroom nook and then you have ALL the below space for office, living and dining room! You would be able to separate completely the spaces. At least for me, working from home too, I need a separation between work / living and bedroom spaces :) Can't wait to see what you do with the space either way!
