Congrats! That was the OBVIOUS choice. So cute, functional, and has charm. You can most def get creative with the floor/wall damage. Rugs, decor, some renter friendly hacks and it’ll be unnoticeable.

I would have picked that one also . The Duplex is very cool because it has separated spaces . Plus a huge closet , I love the Juliet balcony & the brick . I have endless ideas for decor . Omg ms girl I have lived in the West Village now for 3 years on carmine street (now Cornelia street) and the streets are so narrow and there’s so many restaurants that it’s just always loud. I am in love with it and the way it bustles but just warning you may not get the peace you’re searching for! Just get noise cancelling earplugs at night bc I always feel like I wake up from garbage trucks! But I’m in love and will never move as long as they don’t raise my rent ! Good luck w the search!
