My personal theories regarding Mammon: 1. He’s more than likely going to have an Australian accent, and if that turns out to be true, I’m hoping that he will voiced by Michael Cusack. 2. I’m pretty sure he’s supposed to be a literal “money tree”, and if that’s the case, he may also be a play on the old and often misinterpreted adage of “the love of money is the ROOT of all evil”. 3. I like to think that he can just generate extra arms as needed and simply defaults to having four manifested at a time.

i think rhys darby would fit him a little bit more. cusack's voice is a little too soft for mammon, in my opinion, and rhys darby has done some amazing voice work for antagonists in the past.

@@astralhorrorshow Fair point, and I do enjoy Rhys Darby’s work, but Cusack does have a rather impressive range when it comes to voice work and he has done some pretty gravely, but comedic voices in the past that I feel would fit well with Mammon’s over the top flair and the gritty/grungy aesthetic of the crime ridden Greed Ring.

Before episode 6 I was originally thinking it would be a flashback episode but I now think that it will have the audition Ozzie mentioned in it. I think it might have a few flashback clips, but not many.

Mammon's face is a lot goofier than I expected, it's not necessarily a bad thing, it'll turn him that much scarrier when he's pissed, but him pushing his cheeks makes it seem forced, like he tries too hard, which might make him a bit of an attentionseeker, so it'll be interesting to see him on stage with Fizzarolli and Asmodeus. I'm banking on Mammon almost finding out about Blitz' role at Loo Loo Land, or, even worse, already know because he has security cameras or pumped Wackford for information. Alternatively, he might charge Ozzie to make it look like his relationship with Fizzarolli really just is lustbased. No matter what, Mam's in it for money.

I have a theory. Based on the preview from the trailer which could be in present day. Blitzo and Fizzaroli are heading to a concert to bring back some old memories and they have passes to meet Mammon himself. However, when Mammon finds out that Fizzaroli and Blitzo are friends again he gets angry. I do have a theory that he was the one who told Blitzo that Fizzaroli didn't want to see him.

I was thinking the same thing, my theory is that Mammon was gonna sabotage the circus to get fizz under him. It is weird they were using green fire to light Fizz's cake when they are in the pride ring, and in s2e1 you can see them using red fire during their performance, so why use green fire?

Honestly, I think that this episode will be a flashback of the photo that we saw on Blitz's phone in ep 7 where him and Fizzarolli went to Mammon's concert and thats most likely how Fizz met him and Mammon gave him a contract to work for him after his accident

I truly believe that Blitzo and Fizz' relationship will be further explored upon, but what I'm expecting to see is the interaction between Asmodeus and Mammon. If this is the part where Fizz is auditioning for, most probably Asmodeus will be coming with him. I would like to see an interaction between 2 princes

And Halloween feels pretty appropriate imo I remember the season 2 trailer has a few scenes we’ve yet to see and I imagine they’ll appear here A a lot machine displaying “Mammon’s” name, an imp (or succubi?) holding up a sign as her eyes catch fire, and Blitz and Fizz walking into a place with the latter looking excited All this put together with what else we know, like the show’s title, suggests these two are going to visit a concert by Mammon, which will definitely be interesting to see I’m just wondering what sort of surprises and conflicts are in store!

I remember a few mob documentaries saying that the areas they controlled were often safer, in order to keep cop presence small, to make their illegal businesses more approachable. There is a theory that if you have a free market economy, but have monopolized crime, you can make the safest areas. Mammon's policies could very well be free market everything, so he is also actively targeting mobs that are trying to monopolize the crime. Crimson is spared because he isn't trying to monopolize, yet. Just a theory aaaaa greed theory (shout out to Matt Pat of film, food, game and style theory channels. Check him out.)

I'm also super surprised that they put a prince reveal in teaser, but thats not ness a bad thing. I wonder if Mammon's reveal in the episode is structured a bit differently than we have seen before. With both Bee and Ozzie we got a glimpse/silhouette of them before a dramatic reveal in a musical number, then we got more personable moments with them following this (bee talking to vortex and luna, ozzie with his and fizz's morning routine). We see their big public persona first, then their more individual level behind the curtain so to speak. It might be interesting if they flipped this with Mammon, since he IS the prince of Greed and we've seen the state of the greed ring (crimson's mafia, city called ransom etc), it could be interesting to see maybe a more sinister, personal side of Mammon in the episode first, and then his big public persona as idealized entertainer (if the clips of crowd cheering mammon is any indication). It'd give a very different narrative effect.

My theory: the princes we’ve seen so far haven’t held up to their names as the prince/princess of lust/gluttony, for example prince of lust Asmodeus is in a romantic relationship, and the princess of gluttony Bee was seen as worried when blitzø went too overboard with his gluttonous behavior and even told loona to check on blitzø. I think mammon and the other princes/princesses are gonna be the same way they’ll have an outward appearance of their sin but behind closed doors they’ll be the literal opposite of what you’d expect if this is the case I’m really REALLY excited to see how Viv will portray Mammon

But the Greed ring is a mafia place where people are killed left and right just because someone else needs money. We do know the Viv's interpretation of the 7 Rings Of Hell is based off of circus themes with Lucifer being the ringleader (get it? Lol.) And every other deadly sin following suit in their own ways based off the sin they portray.

You catch more flies with honey than vinegar, after all. By the looks of it, Mammon is a major figure in Hell's entertainment. He's like those celebrities who produce and endorse their own products. Also, I wouldn't rule out Mammon owning a casino. He seems like the type to do anything to make money.
