In some cases that may work. You can also create a shortcut file to powershell which you can copy from another computer. Like, over the network with c$.

This can happen when using IE browser without Flash Player installed on the computer. You can install Flash Player but I would just try using a different browser like Chrome or FireFox as they have native support. Thank you for the membership. 👍

I don't understand your question exactly. Windows has tons of settings. Assuming it's something not working when trying to access windows settings of some sort...I would create another local profile to see if issue persists. Otherwise, I don't have enough info/details to help you.

If you are speaking to customer over IM or phone you don't need to reply to customer through the ticket system (already talking to them). If you are contacting customer for the first time via ticketing system (which sends email) you would reply to customer.

​@@humanityisbest Are you doing this on a work computer? If so, maybe you are not supposed to be doing this. Otherwise, on your home computer this should be working fine. You do need Admin Login and Password to enter it when pop-up comes up. Try this: Go to: C:\WINDOWS\system32 and find CMD.exe and try from there... If right click and Run as Admin does not show up... Try holding Shift+Right Click and select "Run as Different User".
