What if I trade in my Florida car after I move to Georgia. (Within 30days of moving) I would only pay sale tax at the time of purchasing my car in there right? So I don't have to pay TVAT for my Florida car ?

I have a question what if I’m gifted the car on my 18th birthday from my dad and he is from Utah and I’m from ga Would it be the same for everything as you have stated or different since it would be transferred out of his name?
