HELPING A MOM Who Lost Four Kids | Cleaning for FREE

Margaret has COPD and lost four of her six kids. I don't think I have ever heard a story like hers. After she lost her husband as well, she didn't know how to move on and slid into a depression.
It's my goal to create more empathy for people with mental health problems. We are not in their shoes, so who are we to judge?

I think decluttering and organizing is more difficult than actually cleaning. With cleaning you can just throw out the garbage and get to work but with this, you have to find a home for every item. You did an amazing job.

This story really got to me. That's so sad that she has lost four children and a husband. What a traumatic thing to go through. I'm sorry to hear that you also lost a baby sister. I can't even imagine. I'm so glad you were able to help her out! On a better note, I'm so glad you are part of the speed folding Olympics! I totally understand Margaret. I also have Copd, depression. I am alone grieving the loss of my daughter. I have stopped beating myself up over it. I spent the past few years downsizing so that I can more easily keep up with my environment. I let go of many items that held significance for me. I found taking a picture has helped. I have a special folder I named memories on my phone. I can look at it anytime and everything else I have displayed. thank you so much for helping Margaret.

Thank you for helping Margaret. I lost my baby last spring after a traumatic pregnancy. The trauma during pregnancy put so much strain on all of us, we couldn't keep the house clean either. Since, we've gotten back on our feet, little by little. If I didn't have my other daughters to cook and clean for, I could've easily seen myself been tugged onder by the tows of depression.

So sorry for this woman losing her children. I am 73 and also have COPD from smoking. A terrible disease.I have good oxygen levels but some things I do reduce that and it makes doing things very difficult. My best to her. Very nice job on the room.

I’m sorry that the homeowner owns a bird. I’m sure she loves this creature, but their feces can become airborne dust and is dangerous for all humans especially for people with COPD. I hope the pet area is cleaned daily because I’ll bet she wouldn’t want to give away her bird. 💙

Animals, dust, clutter doesn’t help the COPD. She needs an oxygen tank in her home and home care

She's grieving. Once sges feeling better, if she stays on top of the cleaning & cleans the bird cage regularly, it shouldn't impact & worsen the COPD.
