I found an easier way to do this without breaking your shit off in there lol. Loosen the bolt slightly. Spray WD40 off in the crevice. Tap the sides with a rubber mallet for a minute. Pull the bolt out. Just slightly pry up on the piece where the screw mounts & spray more WD40. Then tap it again with a rubber mallet for about 20 to 30 seconds. Take a long flathead screwdriver and pry it under the Screw piece WHILE gripping the other side of the MDS solenoid, AWAY from the screw mount, with a pair of pliers. Pull up so you aren’t putting stress on the shaft of the MDS sensor. I just yanked all 4 of mine with ease.
