This is very old traditional British (and American) Ballad. Dylan, Peggy Seeger, NLCR and many others have recorded it, too. Nice to hear timeless music still being performed in the "modern" age. They do a creditable job on their arrangement.

In response to the hypothetical question, 'Is "Jackson" really a love song?', Lee wrote, 'If love rides a white horse and votes the straight pacifist ticket, the answer is no...but if love is an everyday thing...good and bad...up and down...sad and happy...warm and warmer...then yeah!!!" I was just doing a little riff on that.
