This is Kory, second caller. I read through some comments and wanted to answer some questions. 1. The jail is Jackson County Jail in Brownstown, Indiana. We've tried getting the feds involved, specifically with the jail. After the state investigation determined there was no wrong doing with Taneasha Chappelle's death, the family of the victim took it to the FBI. No response. 2. This is essentially legalized kidnapping. If one parent (me) has to follow every part of the court order or else go to jail, while the other parent can completely ignore it to the point where she prevents the child from ever seeing the other parent, then it's legalized kidnapping. There's no real point of a court order in Indiana other than to get the (typically) father to pay child support. 3. I forgot to mention that Indiana law already sucks for fathers. It's one of the few states where 50/50 isn't default. In Indiana fathers get 28% of the time with the child and mothers get 72%. Unless the mother is benevolent then 50/50 is impossible for a dad. 4. I know it sounds absurd that a judge can take away a constitutional right without repurcussion. But I promise you there's nothing that can be done, at least in Indiana. I'm not sure how this issue needs to be fixed, maybe a judicial ethics oversight board in every state. Regardless, these two judges need disbarred for their behavior.

My heart goes out to you, man. I can't imagine not being able to see my child. Keep on keeping on

It’s obvious that they just trained it on Johanssen’s movies. There’s so much available data, they’re literally the AI company, there’s no way they hired somebody. Even if I’m wrong… if they used an actor they obviously told her to copy _her._

"To protect their privacy, we cannot share the names of our voice talents" First of all, if Scarlett Johanssen had agreed to voice Skye, I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be a secret. 2. Why would this not apply to people who were in the running to be the voice talent, but didn't accept the job? There shouldn't be a rule that says it's okay to doxx someone if they turn us down.

I was going to comment on the Tom Waits case, but of course Matt got there first, except that I thought it was something to do with jeans.

I would like to add that Waits' brand is so strong and distinctive that it can be easier to advocate for in court.

Right now, I had an epiphany: All the Microsoft Office documents, its content, are shared with Microsoft in the claim for user experience, in the end it ended/ends up at our AI overlords of OpenAI.

It's common sense why the VA of this AI would NOT want to be credited. Actors have been striking against AI and the industry at large LOATHES AI. People understand this. Its not just a progressive left niche hot take on the subject. Normies don't like AI, employees don't like AI, only CEO and top end execs love it. So why would an aspiring voice actor want the world to know they gave their support to an AI like this? I'm only 28 mins into the episode now and haven't heard the whole story yet. I think its VERY likely this is just a lie and they stole Scarlett's voice and maybe even that's where this story goes by the end of this scam economy. However, if things are up in the air or unresolved...I think my logic above makes sense as well. This feels like exactly the kind of project someone wouldn't want to put their name on given the state of AI among the masses. Scarlett turned down this job multiple times...that's pretty telling in itself. I'm guessing it wasn't over pay..they can afford her. It's pretty clear she wants nothing to do with AI.

but listen for a while, and you'll find out just how good the human mind is at finding patterns . . . this voice will become just as annoying fake over a relatively short period of time.
